Located near Chatfield dam, this hotel is just a short distance from Red Rocks concerts. With kitchen/studio rooms it's great for stays away from home.
Positives: Convenient location for Red Rocks concerts.
Negatives: Difficult to get cabs/public transportation.

Gorgeous location at the base of the mountains. Awesome 24/7 views of sunrise, sunset, overlooking big city and mountains. This hotel is perfect for long term stays. The room is very comfortable, near restaurants and stores, and I would stay here again. There is a propane grill that we used with my family to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday.
Positives: The hotel met my expectations. I would stay here again.
Negatives: Nothing.

Driving across I-25 and into the edge of Littleton, CO we were delighted to find this charming Marriott nestled at the edge of the Rocky Mountain foothills. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Our room was fresh and well-appointed. Made our brief stay (2 nights) much too short. We're eager to return.
Positives: Upscale, attractive, welcoming and so quiet against the foothills of the Rockies.
Negatives: There was nothing we disliked!

Our experience at this hotel was phenomenal. The amenities appealed to both the younger and older children we were traveling with, as well as appealing to the adults! We have never before experienced such a filling continental breakfast with such a good selection. The convenience of being able to cook our meals in the room was an added bonus that saved time and money for the entire stay. The staff was beyond compare with the friendly service, warm cookies, and remembering those tid bits discussed via the phone while we were making the arrangements. I have already recommended this hotel to friends!
Positives: The personal touches of staff asking about our group/reasons for stay that were discussed in a phone conversation.
Negatives: The studio room could use a little more floor space.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nicely appointed with full kitchen. Also, we appreciated that they served a different continental breakfast every day. We stayed for 5 nights and it was nice to have something different to look forward to. The staff were amazing. The room was just a little small for all the furniture in it. When the couch was folded out you couldn't walk between it and the bed. WiFi worked great, when it worked, which was important to us. It did go down for the bigger part of one day, but we weren't there anyway and it was fixed when we returned that evening. There was a nice selection of current local and national magazine for the guests to read and enjoy.
Positives: The staff were amazing and accommodations were very clean and convenient.
Negatives: Room was very small. Fold out couch took up most of the spare room. The closet opened toward the entry door, which was awkward.

Really liked the overall feel of the room and the fact that it had a kitchen w/ granite counters, separate dining area, a 'living room' w/ couch, chair, coffee table & TV, king size bed. Also liked the location with foothill views.
Positives: Liked overall design of room, did not feel like most hotel rooms. Liked kitchen & living room feel.
Negatives: Very plain exterior & hallways. Very boxy.

This hotel is newer, located within easy distance of metro area but felt out of town. Located within short drive to hiking trails and open space. Would be great for business travelers, leisure visits, and families. Suites were beautifully decorated and comfortable. All non smoking rooms and queen beds. Continental breakfast was very nice. Will look forward to staying again.
Positives: Nice, quiet location.
Negatives: Billing error - double charged for room - trying to get corrected.

Positives: The kitchen facilities were handy and internet connections were excellent.
