Room was OK, the window had a pull down shade one that you would find for sale at Walmart or Costco. We went to use the shade and it fell down. We called the front desk and they had maintenance come and just put the shade back up while we were gone. They didn't even fix the problem!
Positives: The lobby was clean, the staff was personable, and the restaurant was very nice looking.
Negatives: Room was OK, the window had a pull down shade.

Big disappointment for 3 1/2 star! We planned our stay in Denver so our son could swim in the pool after a trip to the museum. The pool was not open- we thought OK. let's try the hot tub, it was the size of a tea cup! They had to track down a bartender for us (it was happy hour) Not a single person in the dining area.
Positives: The down comforter and pillows.
Negatives: Front desk staff-inattentive (all three of them). The pool was closed.

The resturaunt is terribly expensive and not very good. The eggs in the breakfast buffet are not fresh, canned and the dinner service is slow. Prices for everything at at least twice the expected rate. I stayed 10 days and used the phone about 15 min each day. The costs were not posted and when I checked out I was presented with a phone bill for over $300!
Positives: It was close to my new job.
Negatives: It was worn and expensive.

The parking was not adequate and not well lit at night, the room smelled musty and the bathroom had mold in the tub.

This hotel sits a little off the main roads. It's a little hard to find but it is a nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and will return.
Positives: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and prompt with requested items.
Negatives: This hotel is a little ran down. It could use a face lift.

Loved the Hotel, and the staff. Did not have to worry about anything. The maids did an excellent job keeping things cleaned, and were very friendly.
Positives: The way everything was set up. It was easy to get around in.
Negatives: Very busy and hard to find parking close to entrances.

I'm reaching to find something good about this hotel. The staff was curt when I asked if everything was OK on my floor (2 managers and 3 police on my floor alone) and then again when I called for check out time. The pool was old. The bathroom was small and had mildew in the shower. Walls were thin so you could hear people talking next door. Lots of construction on the nearby main intersection.
Positives: Personal laundry amenities but line was long to use the washer/dryer.
Negatives: Majority of guests were lower soc-economic class and police were stationed on our floor when we were there!

Nice hotel, but even Wi-Fi is not free. Light bulb was blown and not changed even after I unscrewed and placed it in the table. Nice bedding. Bathroom is nice.
Positives: Nice lobby, but expected in this 3.5 star hotel.
Negatives: Located in an area where there aren't many restaurants nearby.

The rooms are modern and clean. Sheraton gives free access to the internet via their own PC's in the lobby. The staff is courteous and helpful. The beds and pillows are superb. The exercise room is terrific. This property has everything I look for in a hotel.
Positives: Overall cleanliness, modern decor, great staff. Fantastic beds and pillows. Great shower. Fast elevators, and convenient location.
Negatives: It has large HD TV screen. But is not hooked up to HD. So, the pictures on all channels are blurry. Very poor TV reception.

Nice room and very comfortable bed. Didn't like the fact that the sink was in the small bathroom. Easier to get ready when the sink is outside the bath.

Negatives: Minor things wrong in room- no soap, lamp that didn't work..

The hotel was fine and in the location we needed it to be in. This is the second time we used this facility and convinced friends to stay there with us also. They really dropped the ball this time by
not picking up our breakfast cards the night before in order to have our morning meal delivered. We never got any food from them that AM. For a diabetic, this is an important issue. We were offered a cup of coffee from the bar only, which we took.
Positives: Very comfortable and quiet and great shuttle service.
Negatives: Much older building showing its wear and only two tiny elevators.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 28 May 2009 rated 9 out of 10.
Clean upscale facility. Close to the interstate, but no noise from I-25.

Comfortable beds and the staff went out of their way to help accommodate us. I have trouble sleeping and have to sit up every night for a time and they made sure I had an ottoman and extra pillows.
Positives: Very nice staff. Very accommodating.
Negatives: I just wish you had a recliner in the rooms.

This hotel was fine. Should have been a 3star because this is an older hotel with very little space in the bathroom.

I recently held my wedding reception at the Sheraton Hotel in the DTC area. We had numerous problems. During the planning phase, we were constantly having to call the coordinator about something that we received that was incorrect or other problems. When we tried to figure out how much alcohol we were going to pay for, we were given 2 quotes by 2 different people and the dollar amounts for the exact same products varied by hundreds of dollars. Over half of our wedding guests were out of town and wanted to stay at the hotel and were supposed to be given a special rate. The night of the wedding, the coordinator left and said if there were any problems to see the manager. The manager began cutting off people from the bar who were clearly not drunk. At one point, a guest of ours who had arrived late to the reception was told after one beer that he could not drink anymore. I was thoroughly embarrassed. In addition to this, the bar tenders were charging our guests for things like soda and bottled water those were supposed to be free. We were then charged for them and not knowing that our guests had been charged for them, paid it because that was our original agreement. When we came back from our honeymoon, all of our family and friends told us that they were charged for soda and bottled water. When we called the hotel to solve the problem, they said the bar tenders did not charge for soda. We have had several people tell us that there were even signs saying soda was $2. So the Sheraton bar tenders made extra money that night by charging guests, and then us. If all of this wasn't bad enough, at the end of the night, our hotel room on the club level wasn't ready (At 11:30pm). We had been guaranteed an early check in that day for 10 AM but when I showed up to get ready for the wedding, they said it was not ready and made me get ready in another room and then pack up everything and put it on a cart. So at 11:30 we were told all of our stuff had been moved to our room and given room keys. When we got up there, the room was locked and we had to go straighten everything out with the front desk before we could get into our honeymoon suite. Our guests that stayed at the hotel said it was one of the worst hotels they have ever been to and I would have to agree. I definitely will not be holding or attending any events there ever again.
Positives: Good location.
Negatives: Everything else!

This is a very nice hotel. We had been staying at Four Points Sheraton on Hampden in Denver. We had two awful rooms in a row. This Sheraton is very pretty and well maintained. My two stays here were very good experiences.
Positives: The bed was extremely comfortable.
Negatives: The plumbing is noisy.
