The rooms were quite nice and the views from our room were also pleasant. The services were quite good.
Positives: The location was great and the variety of food and shopping in the area was fantastic.
Negatives: The bar area was not a comfortable place to sit around and have a drink or conversation.

Overall was a good facility. The staff was friendly. The food was OK but rather costly. I dined in the hotel restaurant and had room service.
Positives: Ability to use the athletic club.
Negatives: No shuttle.

Great location. Great pool on the 4th floor roof. Friendly helpful staff. The only issue was being put in a handicap room without being told that<BR/>worked out alright too as the room was large. Needed new paint in the bathroom and tightened carpet in the hallways. But overall a great experience. The lobby isn't very welcoming and there was no free Internet either in the lobby or in the room which was a drag.
Positives: Friendly staff, super centrally located on 16th St. mall. Safe parking, great pool.
Negatives: Got put in a handicap room without being told before hand. No free Internet in rooms or out of rooms.

Glad we used Priceline to pay for the hotel because it would not be worth the regular price.
Positives: Location for what else we were doing.
Negatives: Had to pay for parking.

This hotel was amazing. They took care of everything we could have possibly needed and things that we didn't realize we even would need. The staff was so helpful, every request we had they took care of in a timely matter. The location was gorgeous and had amazing views of the best parts of downtown. This experiment has made me a lifetime Westin costumer, I will always stay in the Westin in downtown Denver or any other city I travel to. Highly recommend it to other travelers.
Positives: Great location, amazing service, beautiful accommodations. The staff was so nice and willing to help with everything we needed. Amazing.
Negatives: The hot tub was not warm at first, however, we told the front desk and it was refilled with hot water within the hour.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was in Downtown Denver and near everything. The workout room was great. They even included ear phones for the TV so that we could listen while working out (we left ours home). Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and parking was reasonable at the hotel. We have had to pay as much as $50.00 at some hotels for parking.
Positives: Great workout room and pool although we didn't use it.
Negatives: No hot tube, at least none that we saw.

This was the end of our trip. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff is very helpful.
Positives: Great location, wonderful staff.
Negatives: I never understand why the expensive hotels charge for internet.

The best hotel I've been too. Gorgeous room, very comfortable, nice jetted tub, marble throughout bathroom, huge windows with views of downtown Denver, and 2 walk-out doors to a balcony overlooking the city.
Positives: The decor was modern and very nice. Loved the marble bathroom.
Negatives: Didn't like the shared door with the next room because they tried to enter our room.

Perfect place to stay while in Denver. Everything was within walking distance. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. One bonus was that our room had a very large private patio with a table and chairs. The location of our room was not good though. We were right next to the pool, and a large noisy group of children invaded at 7AM. Additionally, the room next to us decided to re-arrange their patio furniture at midnight. However, there were no complaints on our part!
Positives: The location was perfect.
Negatives: It was

The hotel overall was satisfactory but overall lacked any feeling of warmth and certainly nothing that could be considered luxurious. I certainly have stayed in more upscale Westins and therefore was somewhat disappointed in this hotel.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Lobby was very cold in appearance.

Positives: Clean and elegant.
Negatives: Parking was not included.

This is one of those luxury hotels that make you pay for every extra you need. While I expected to pay for parking, paying to use the interest in the business center for five minutes seemed extreme. Breakfast that we ordered was more expensive than the dinner we had off-site the night before. Overall the rooms were nice, but nothing special. One wall had windows which was nice for letting in light. Decor was nice and everything was clean. Shower was a little odd with dual heads, couldn't get used to that.
Positives: Location was great.
Negatives: Business center & room service were $$.

We stayed here for our anniversary and to attend a 20 year high school reunion. There wasn't anything we didn't like about the room or hotel. Great job everyone!
Positives: View from and the size of the room. Location.
Negatives: Nothing.

It was just like any other chain hotel. Predictable decor and homogeneous feeling. The entry to the hotel was at street level, and there was an escalator to the registration desk. kind of annoying. They could not accommodate my request for two double beds as opposed to one king, but they brought in a roll-away. I am sure I could have found nicer accommodations.
Positives: Pool facility was very kid friendly.
Negatives: The employee at the registration desk was neither helpful nor friendly.

Positives: Customer service.
Negatives: Charge for parking.

Overall, great location, ammonites, view, and service. The room service menu appeared to have been designed by a health conscious, market savvy team yet the fare was standard and only ok. The bathrooms especially seemed worn and dated but the first impression of the room seemed clean, contemporary and spacious. The beds were very comfortable.
Positives: I liked the modern amenities.
Negatives: The food did not live up to the menus description, the place seemed a little worn.

Positives: Very attentive staff, from the doorman to desk clerk.
Negatives: Nothing.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. We were able to relax and enjoy the downtown atmosphere of Denver as well as keep busy with a Rockies game and recreational facilities within the hotel. We plan to return with our children.
Positives: Close to all the things we wanted to do and had recreational facilities.
Negatives: Confusion over cocktail drinks - were they complimentary?.

The location was great right in down town Denver. The rooms are a little out dated. The walls where dirty, and so was the bath tub. I would recommend it to younger people looking for a place to just hang out and be in the middle of every thing.
Positives: The location of the hotel.
Negatives: The pool was small/ rooms not so nice.

The hotel was way over priced, the room resembled something you would expect out of a hotel 6 I have had much better rooms at Holiday Inn.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Everything.

This hotel was great especially for the price. I thought for a four-star hotel it could include complimentary internet connection and the TV seemed to be very outdated. Also, when I went to speak with the concierge about taking the bus to the zoo he spoke down to us and asked why we wouldn't take a cab. Took him a very long time to find the bus schedule. All in all the location was excellent, right next to the 16th street mall and the room was very nice.
Positives: I liked the comfortable beds.
Negatives: I did not like the lack of free wireless and a flat screen TV.

When I arrived in my room, it looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed. It was obvious that the carpet was not vacuumed the second day and the housekeepers left pillowcases lying on the bed. I don't know if they intended to put them on the pillow or if it was an oversight. The housekeeping carts were parked right by the elevators far into the evening. It was just tacky looking.
Positives: The location was terrific and the room was very comfortable.
Negatives: The windows on the 10th floor were filthy, the room was not vacuumed.
