From the extremely comfortable and well-appointed room to the full-service Starbucks to the dry cleaner almost next door to the access to the 16th street shopping and dining area to the friendly and competent staff, to the high quality dining, just a great experience even though I had a bit of a cold the whole time.

Positives: Convenient to everything downtown and extremely comfortable deluxe room.

Negatives: I would have liked it to be right next to the Convention Center, but then it would have been the Hyatt Regency .

Very professional staff, in an excellent location adjacent to 16th street with a classy atmosphere and up to date amenities and rooms.

Positives: The staff was ultra courteous.

Negatives: The pool was a little cold.

It was in a great location, but more like a 2 1/2 star hotel not 4 star.

Positives: The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Negatives: The bathroom floor had hair and no soap or extras in bathroom.

The hotel was nice. A lot of mistakes by staff. Also parking was overpriced even if you were a guest.

Positives: The location to Coors field.

Negatives: The mistakes made by staff. Clecks ,valets, and housekeeping.

The room was one of my favorites. The shower was clean and the water pressure was better than most hotels I have stayed in. The front desk staff was most helpful.

Positives: I like the lay-out of the room.

Negatives: I could not find a soda vending machine.

Nice, spacious and<BR/>clean rooms. Reasonable rates if you don't want to use the internet, have a car to park or want to watch any in room movies. Adds up fast.

Positives: Clean room, quiet, nice view and reasonable price for room alone.

Negatives: Everything costs extra, parking, $10 night internet, $15 movies.

A $50 surcharge was put on my credit card by the Hyatt and I am unable to find out why!Called Customer Service and put on hold for over 20 minutes. Then left message and no one ever called back. I will now put a stop payment on this with MC.

Positives: Convenience to downtown.

Negatives: Music too loud in lobby so it was not conducive to having a drink. Terrible valet parking. horrible expensive.

I have to say I was disappointed. I had called ahead and requested a room with a king size bed, no smoking and the lady I talked to said she put it in the computer. When we arrived we were informed there were none available. We were given in a room with 2 beds, and a bad view. The reason we request a king size bed is we have 2 small children and I knew they would crawl in bed with us at night and didn't want them falling off the bed, which they did. There was a bar on the street right outside our window and I heard music all night long. We also heard people in the hall very late at night and very early in the morning. I was not aware we had to pay for internet, breakfast, and car parking until we arrived. So for what we paid for staying there, after you add all that up, was not what we expected for what we received. Their hotel is very beautiful and their employees are very polite, but I was disappointed with our stay there.

Positives: It was pretty and nice employees.

Negatives: I was disappointed in the stay. I had to pay for internet, breakfast and parking. was not expecting that and we were not given a room we requested.

This hotel was a very good value for the price I paid. The public spaces are very attractive, and the rooms are spacious and very nice. The beds are very comfortable, and we had a partial view of the mountains from our room. Excellent stay.

Positives: Public spaces are nice, room was comfortable and attractive.

Negatives: Pricey parking.

Seems like a convention hotel for smaller orgs, with lots of rooms and business people milling about the lobby. Location is good for downtown, and the room was nice. Good desk for working, with nice view of Front Range and downtown. Didn't like the surprise that they want $25+ to park your car in their garage (across the street is cheaper), and another $10/day to get access to the internet. Front desk staff was kind of bored with me when I checked in. Wireless phone in room nice idea - if only it were plugged in and charged. But generally a nice place to stay if you get discounted room rates.

Positives: Nice views, big window in room, decent working space.

Negatives: Surprise! you have to pay for parking. Surprise! you have to pay for internet

It would have been nice to have even a small continental breakfast. The view from my room wasn't exactly wonderful, but I loved that there was a Starbucks attached to the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfy.

Positives: Very nice accommodations, the room was clean and spacious.

Negatives: The only thing

It took forever to get more coffee, cups and bathroom supplies.

Positives: The bed was wonderful and the room was nice.

Negatives: No complimentary WiFi, no bathrobes, minimal supplies in room.

Very good business hotel but for personal vacation travel it was not as much of a bargain as I had planned (which was my own fault for not planning better). The cost of parking and the lack of a continental breakfast made up for the money I saved. I should have stayed outside of town.

Positives: Price and accessibility to down town.
Price and accessibility to Down town.

Negatives: Expensive parking.

Excellent, clean, recently rennovated hotel. Conveniently located in downtown Denver - easy walking distance from Denver Pavilions. Superlative staff.

Positives: Fantastically friendly staff. Went out of their way to help us - even when we were away from the hotel.

Negatives: Lobby bar closed early, and the full bar was very small.

I paid additional money for an upgraded room and the components of the room were poor, and the staff placed us in the middle of a floor with a single wedding party. No peace at all. To the credit of the staff we were contacted and offered a free nights stay, we will take the opportunity.

Positives: Location is great, and facilities were nice.

Negatives: We left at 4 am to find another hotel is was so disruptive.
