The hotel room and ambiance was what should have been expected - nicely decorated and the layout was warm. The staff was very professional and friendly. The charging for parking ($8 for self and $12 for valet) was not what you would expect in a city like Denver - more like Anaheim or L.A. Also not what you would expect form this caliber of hotel is the charging for Internet access ($10 per day) and they didn't have wireless. The worst thing is this hotel is located approximately 100 yards from a train crossing and the train comes by at 5:30 am with its whistle blowing waking the entire hotel. But being awaken early in the AM allows you to witness the demonstrators picketing across the street form the hotel in front of an abortion clinic.
Positives: The interior of the hotel (decorating, colors, etc.) and layout was nice and comfortable. Room was very nice and clean.
Negatives: I do not think a hotel of this caliber should charge for Internet access or parking.

Positives: Very clean & quiet with nice amenities. Fitness room was excellent!
Negatives: Wasn't informed I would be charged additional for using the hotel's parking structure.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Staff was helpful, and the shuttle to and from the airport was hassle free. The trip to the hotel was a half hour long, and the shuttle only arrives on the half hour, or twice per hour. Staying closer to the airport would have been preferable since this was a quick overnight.
Positives: Rooms and public space in excellent and
Negatives: The hotel was located a half hour's drive from the airport, yet it was touted as an airport hotel.

This is an upscale hotel. They allow you to bill to your room your meals, drinks and snacks enjoyed at the restaurant, lounge and pool area. Just carry an ID incase the server wants to see it. My girlfriend and
I easily had a romantic weekend to celebrate her birthday at the Renaissance - don't eat the cheesecake.
Positives: Accommodating amenities & staff. Two restaurants. lush lounging areas in lobby/lounge.
Negatives: Morning phone operator was curt. Requested toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner never arrived. No complimentary continental breakfast. Pricy food.

General overall good experience, but there were several train whistles through the night and of course interrupted sleep. Free parking was limited. Overall, a nice accommodation.
Positives: Had open spaces.
Negatives: Hated the pillows all too fat or puffy.

Arrived on Monday night, the ground floor was full of party people, very noisy. 12th floor was quiet. Hotel was well maintained, would stay there again. They have a little racket going with parking-this isn't downtown, yet they charge for parking.
Positives: Quiet on the 12th floor.
Negatives: It has a huge parking garage which wasn't half full, yet they charge for parking.

Great location and property - great experience other than room's air didn't work all that well and I didn't like having to pay for parking, which is a new thing at this hotel.
Positives: Ambiance.
Negatives: Lack of cool air in room, paying for parking.

We thought by the hotel description that internet in all rooms was free. We were disappointed that it was not. So we had to go into the lobby to get on the net for free. All else was a great visit. Will go again.
Positives: Fun lobby. We stayed down there a lot.
Negatives: High speed internet in rooms does not mean internet!

We loved the layout and when we asked what there was to do in the area an employee gave us a map of the area, told us all the attractions, and then gave us a complimentary ride in the shuttle to our destination. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Would have been a perfect stay if our neighbors next to us had not been so loud all night, but that was not the fault of the hotel.
Positives: The courtesy shuttle and in room amenities as well as the convenient parking and very comfortable beds.
Negatives: There were some very noisy guests staying on our floor slamming doors and being loud and as far as I know they weren't told to stop.

Overall, a very nice hotel for any kind of traveler or conventioneer. The digital access panel, which allowed the computer, MP3 and/or video player to be viewed on the TV was a very nice feature (a cable was even provided in my room, but I would expect those to disappear before long). There is currently major construction being done in the lobby which is sometimes very noisy and inconvenient, but that's understandable.In-room coffee service was not replenished on 3 or 4 days of my 7 day stay, so I had to do without in-room coffee those mornings. My biggest complaint was the $10/day charge for internet access from the hotel rooms (free internet access in the lobby, but that can be very inconvenient). For what this hotel charges for a room, it seems very petty to charge for what Super-8 Motels and other budget chains offer as a complimentary service. Overall a very nice hotel and a good experience. I would stay there again - but bring my own coffee & sugar.
Positives: Very attractive lobby & public areas, nice room.
Negatives: Charged $10/day for in-room internet access - even Super8 has free internet access.

Hotel was very attractive both inside and out. The rooms were clean and comfy and I enjoyed being able to go outside on the balcony outside my room.
Positives: The lobby of the hotel was gorgeous. The fitness center was well equipped with complimentary head phones
Negatives: There was ethernet access in the rooms, but you had to pay for it. There was free WiFi, but is was only in the lobby area

A great location in terms of the Denver Airport. You'll like the elegant feel and the amazing lobby. The terraced floors reminded me of the Marriott at Times Square!
Positives: Great first impression. Staff was very professional. Attractively furnished.
Negatives: Nearby construction.

This hotel was great. I was in Denver for a shopping getaway. The room was awesome, clean, large. The fitness center blew me away - great equipment! Did not try the pools but they looked fine. I ate in the restaurant because I was too tired to go out. I was the only one there - I think this is due to the location. It's sort of just out there in this big open area with no real ambiance. My meal however was excellent and the service was great.
Positives: Beautifully appointed rooms; awesome fitness center.
Negatives: Restaurant was weird ambiance but excellent meal.
