Nice lobby and rooms. Excellent decor. 1 block walk to 16th street mall--fine location. $29 parking charge was excessive and unexpected--plus tip for valet every time car was needed. Excellent staff and service. Good experience.
Positives: Room and lobby decor were much nicer than average.
Negatives: Had to tip the valet to move our bags 10 feet and still tip the bellhop to get them to the room--ridiculous. $29 parking--ripoff.

Very unique, comfortable-fire place and sitting areas in lobby, great bar and staff, great location with many activities, helpful front desk. I loved it!
Positives: Helpfulness of front desk, lobby activities.
Negatives: The bathroom had sliding door, not very private and pillows were flat in all rooms.

The wine-tasting happy hour was fabulous, nice little treat before heading out to dinner. The design and room set-up was very appeasing, we had beautiful windows looking out onto the city of Denver. Comfy bed and bedding, clean, and really perfect.
Positives: Beautiful, funky, and artsy.
Negatives: Nothing to dislike!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and beautiful. There is a one hour wine reception and free chair massages in the early evening. It is a dog friendly hotel. If you or your children don't like dogs it's not the place to be. I am allergic to dogs but the hotel was so clean that I never felt anything. We will return!
Positives: It was a happy place to be and romantic.
Negatives: No coffee pot in the room.

Our suite wasn't ready when we arrived. We were thankful that we were hungry so that we could kill the hour or so before our room was ready. The windows in our room didn't open creating a stuffy, closed in feeling. There was no balcony of any kind in our suite or anywhere for that matter. I won't stay there again.
Positives: Lots of color and pet friendly.
Negatives: The windows didn't open. Felt stuffy and claustrophobic.

Great hotel with attractive and different decorating. The rooms were attractive but smaller, and the bathrooms were almost the same as any Holiday Inn you would stay at.
Positives: The whimsical feel.
Negatives: The rooms were smaller than I expected and the bathrooms was not a four star bathroom.

Please wear slippers in room as contraction of Tania (athlete foot) is very easy probably due to the "pet friendly" condition of the hotel.
Positives: Nice decoration and good ventilation.
Negatives: No humidifier in room, skin cracks despite heavy lotion applied

I am surprised this is a 4-star hotel. It provides few amenities and the staff was rude. When we checked in, the desk attendant rushed through; she didn't tell us our room number or how to get to the elevators. When I asked about a restaurant menu, she said she didn't have one-maybe there's one in our room. There wasn't one in our room. The complimentary soap was cheap and harsh and the for sale items were ridiculously over-priced. I've paid less for an in-room soda at The Broad moor! The room was very hot and stuffy, and there were only a few available television channels. Finally, our room was over the alley and at 5:00 in the morning we were awakened by delivery trucks. The cleaning staff should be complimented, however, our room was spotless.
Positives: The room and lobby decor were very attractive.
Negatives: Few amenities, unfriendly staff.

Me and my hunny bunny truly enjoyed our stay and so did our 9 year old chocolate Labrador. Great doggie treats upon our arrival made it a smooth transition from car to room to a walk around the hotel.
Positives: Dog / pet friendly.
Negatives: Non operable windows.
