Loved this hotel, love the staff and the security. Room is very clean and comfortable.
Positives: Loved how friendly the staff was and the continental breakfast.
Negatives: Laundry dryers did not dry. Front desk said that they have known for a while and I had to pay to use them.

I thought it was great for the 6 days I was there conducting business. Not fancy and would not at all be unsatisfactory unless you were used to super posh.
Positives: Great staff, clean, helpful and generally a great place that is close to everything.
Negatives: The room I had is right above the mechanical room, sounds like a train is underneath.

Hotel is in a odd building in a very accessible area to the south of downtown Denver. Good security. Rooms are well laid out but tight and small. Good kitchen for one cook. uninsulated entry doors. Bad continental breakfast. Employees bend over backwards for you. Air quality in rooms is Mariott clean!
Positives: It had a wonderful piece of business furniture for putting the computer, business papers in various open sections, good lighting.
Negatives: The wide screen tv sits at an angle to the bottom corner of the bed in a way that you walk into it late at night without any light on.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, late check out, everything was great.
Positives: Kitchenette in room.
Negatives: Inconveniently located amongst one way streets.

Excellent location for getting around the city, small, intimate, friendly, clean, and nice rooms.
Positives: It is my favorite place to stay in Denver.
Negatives: Complimentary breakfast closed promptly at 9:00 am. It would have been nice if it has stayed open a little longer.

This hotel is close enough to Denver downtown for a ten minute cab ride. There is nothing much around it but some bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The lobby and corridors looked a little tired. Not dirty but had that faint sweet smell you sometimes get when a place needs to be refurbished. The room was better. Clean and well enough appointed to be just above average for the price. I would stay again just for the convenience of being close to downtown and overall it was OK but nothing special.
Positives: Fairly close to the center of Denver.
Negatives: The decoration is looking a little tired.

Over all the hotel was ok but hard to get to.
Positives: It had a kitchen and cold AC.
Negatives: Too small of a bed.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was easy to find, and we liked the "retro look" of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Positives: The kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Hotel was too far from lower downtown Denver.

This is a nice hotel with great amenities. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully appointed for cooking as well as sleeping. I would recommend it, but also recommend getting a really good set of instructions to get there. It is very difficult to locate even with MapQuest.
Positives: Clean and convenient to downtown Denver.
Negatives: It was really hard to find!

The hotel room was clean, neat, comfortable, and well maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better room. We loved that it had a kitchen. The grounds were well maintained as well as the rest of the hotel. The decor was modern. It was a great experience.
Positives: It was a lot nicer than I expected for a 2 star. There was a continental breakfast and everything about the room was great!
Negatives: The bed was uncomfortable and they did not serve breakfast on the weekends which no one told us and messed up our plans.

This hotel falls short of Marriott standards. It even falls short of the standards for residence type hotels. I would not want to stay at this hotel for an extended period.
Positives: Coffee, iron, and toiletries provided.
Negatives: TV cart does not face bed, desk, or kitchen and is not on wheels.

This hotel is truly an extended stay type of place. Right across from the hospital, it excels in providing the kind of in home atmosphere that those staying for an extended period of time while loved ones receive medical care need. With no pool, or other entertainment this is not a great place for kids, and the complementary breakfast is marginal at best.
Positives: Ultra clean, comfortable bed. Super nice Kitchenette. Great large clean bathroom.
Negatives: Small towels and TV. Abysmal 'continental' breakfast.

I needed a hotel at very short notice in the Denver Downtown area. The cab driver had a slight problem finding the place, but that was fine. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Positives: Comfortable, convenient, and very affordable. Perfect.
Negatives: There was a scratch on a table. Otherwise perfect.

It was a great location, nice to have a kitchen in the room and it was a little more updated than some hotels. The only thing I hated was the bed. It was really hard.
Positives: The kitchen.
Negatives: The hard as a rock bed.

The room was great, it had a kitchen large bed and was spacious and very neat. I wish there was a restaurant of some type in the hotel and things would have been great. The room was awesome.
Positives: The room I stayed in was very spacious.
Negatives: No restaurant or bar in the hotel.
