Walter Keller began a painstakingly thorough renovation of the historic building in 1991. Today, Walter and his son John are the Innkeepers. Together they make the Lumber Baron a wonderful place to experience.

Additional details

Elegantly apportioned guestrooms, each with private bath and phone complete the second floor. The third floor with a 20 foot pyramid ceiling and select maple floor once hosted Victorian social events for r special events today. A full catering kitchen has replaced Amelia's original, now capable of serving our guests a full breakfast.
