Decent hotel with great mountain views and exceptional staff. I recommend staying away from the hotel restaurant. You will pay four star prices and get two star food.
Positives: Beautiful lobby, great staff!
Negatives: Food was horrible. Food cost twice as much as TGI Friday's and was still twice as bad.

Overall a nice but misleading in 2 ways: Internet was not free but "available" for a high price. All for $4 less than their advertised rate. This is about the 7th hotel I've stayed at through Priceline and got the absolute worst room in the hotel. Same with rental car in Charlottesville - bright yellow bug with manual window, in Louisville - an old Grand Marquis a.k.a. land yacht which was worn out, and in Louisville again - a worn out dirty Kia Optima (a brand new nice one was rented in Kansas City the day before). The hotel has lots of parking as if it is geared toward corporate functions or weddings. In such case, guests can expect a hike up a steep hill as parking is layered down the hill - my stay was fine as there were no functions.
Positives: Not crowded, and nice staff.
Negatives: Internet was not free access but led one to think it. Bathtub fixtures were in disrepair.

The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The room was nice, like always at Marriott. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The food in the restaurant was superb, even my husbands steak that he ordered well-done was cooked to perfection.
Positives: Hotel was grea and the staff couldn't have been better.
Negatives: A refrigerator in the room would have been nice.

The appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I had a room at the end of the hall, so seven doors within six feet of each other. Could hear hallway noise loudly, as well as the conversation of the people in the next room. Would stay again, but make sure not "adjoining room" to reduce noise, nor at end of hallway.

Everyone at this hotel was kind and friendly. I stay here frequently when I go to the dentist. Thanks for having a nice place to stay.
Positives: My kids love the revolving door, and of course the pool.
Negatives: I did not like a lady who was in the hot tub in a thong and showing as much as possible. Not great for my young girls to see.

The hotel & rooms were beautiful & spotless. We really enjoyed the Starbuck's coffee. WE asked for a refrigerator when we checked in but didn't get it until late the next day. Otherwise, there is no way you could find fault with this restaurant.
Positives: Nicest staff of anywhere we have stayed.
Negatives: No refrigerator or microwave.

This hotel was above average even excellent on customer service. The entire staff was kind and helpful. After informing staff of splinters in the spa, it was handled with professionalism at its best.
Positives: The overall kindness of the entire hotel staff.
Negatives: The hallways were being cleaned/vacuumed on the Thursday that we arrived, but were not cleaned again before we left on Monday evening.
