Great hotel, comfortable rooms, extremely attentive staff. EVERYONE we spoke with at the hotel was friendly and full of suggestions/ideas of what to do and where to go in the area. They all went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. Nick in the bar recommended two great restaurants/breweries. I already recommended this hotel to someone who is heading to Broom field this week (they already have reservations somewhere else).

Positives: The staff at the hotel was fantastic. They were attentive, thoughtful and extremely helpful with suggestions of the area.

Negatives: We would have preferred a hotel downtown Denver.

Never understand why motel 6 can give free Internet, complimentary breakfast, but expensive hotels not only don't offer this, but charge a fortune.

Positives: Beautiful resort features.

Negatives: The nicer (re: more expensive) the hotel, the likelier to charge for every extra.

It was very pleasant and welcoming to stay there everyone at the front desk were very helpful. The eating places which were suggested were very good. The service was great. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. We felt like we were family by the front desk...

Positives: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: It was very confusing trying to get out of the Interlocking Loop and out on the main roads. wish we had a map of the facilities.

Holiday decor was amazing, would even give the Grinch the holiday spirit. Entire hotel staff was tip-top. Heard water running for several hours in the adjacent room. Informed front deskand maintenance men had it fixed 10 minutes later.

Positives: Every need attended to immediately. Staff friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Not a single complaint. Everything was perfect.

Positives: Front Desk/Concierge is top notch!

Negatives: Vinegarette dressing for the salad is not good.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well run. Designed for the business traveler but family friendly as well. Convenient to University of Colorado at Boulder (about 10 minutes away) and far superior to any hotel choices in Boulder. My only complaint is that the hotel makes the pools available to local residents on the weekends and it can get a bit crowded with younger children.

Positives: Attentive and friendly staff.

Negatives: Pool crowded with locals on weekend.

It was nice, but I preferred the nearby Renaissance Suites. There were a few minor things we didn't like, such as the large mirror on the back of the bathroom door facing the toilet, and the faucet knobs are round so you have to use your whole hands to turn them, and they turn in opposite directions. We were hesitant to touch things in the room for fear we'd be charged (newspaper, drinks, snacks). Overall it was a good experience. The fire tables and pool/spa outside were nice.

Positives: Comfortable.

Negatives: The extra charge for Internet was too expensive so we did without it, and hotel was slightly dated.

This is a great buy for the business traveler and beautiful grounds, golf course, dining as well as spectacular view of Rocky Mountains

Positives: Excellent view of the Rocky Mountains with a nice decor and grounds. Great shopping nearby and difficult to find without GPS but worth it!

Negatives: Nothing noticed as unlikeable.

Located centrally on Hwy 36 in close proximity to shopping and dining Broomfield-Flatiron, the Omni served us well on our trip. We stayed 3 nights and took full advantage of the guest services, including the fitness center, spa, and pool. We had a 10th floor, mountain-view room that was beautiful. The Omni staff had meticulous attention to detail and were always friendly and helpful. The room service even offers a turn down service at night. The pay-per-view movies were a bit overpriced, and I would have expected the Internet to be free, instead it was offered at a daily rate. Overall, 10/10 stars.

Positives: Meticulous attention to detail, very quiet, high quality furnishings, excellent guest services.

Negatives: The pay-per-view did not allow us to pause our overpriced movie $12.99 for "Up" and the Internet was charged at a daily rate.

The Omni is the perfect get away. We live 3 miles from this hotel but I make it a point to go here several times a year. It is conveniently located near a great mall (Flatiron Crossing) and lots of good restaurants so you never have to go far if you want to eat out. The room service is fabulous (food is great and lots of extra touches). Have stayed in many nice hotels but this one always gets it right. You will not be disappointed!

Positives: Always superior customer service - if you there's any problem the staff will make it right.

Negatives: Refrigerator in room is now locked (keys now kept at front desk). This is new.

Extremely friendly staff who went beyond my expectations to make us feel appreciated and special. Their restaurant, The Meritage, was one of the finest restaurants I have ever been to. We ate dinner there 3 times, breakfast every day and lunch twice. I would go to the restaurant even if I were not staying at the hotel.

Positives: Everyone we interacted with showed outstanding friendliness and made us feel special.

Negatives: I was so impressed that there was nothing I did not like.

This a great growing hotel that I don't think has its name out quite yet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on returning there myself. Great trip for family or just a quiet get away with your spouse. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Positives: Great location, Friendly, and plan to return there very soon.

Negatives: Couldn't say I didn't like anything it was all wonderful.

Positives: From the minute you walk in you are treated like a king.

Negatives: Nothing! Absolutely fantastic.

The hotel was great and super clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The one thing that kind of bothered us was room service was suppose to bring us breakfast in the morning but no one ever showed up. We called the front desk and told them we no longer have time to wait for them to bring us the food so they comped us the buffet in the morning which was nice of them.

Positives: Friendly staff.

Negatives: Room service did not meet our expectations.

This was a great place to round out our trip. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed having two pools to relax in during the day. It was pretty crowded, though, and there weren't enough pool chairs for laying out. I would recommend this hotel.

Positives: From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely helpful.

Negatives: It was so far from the airport and didn't have many options on transportation there.

We stayed at this hotel because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Not only they gave us a room with a good view, but an hour after we checked in, they sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. I couldn't believe that the rooms don't have wireless and when I tried to connect using the cable they provided it was absolutely impossible to do so and even their tech department could not help us. That is why I feel it's not a good place for business travelers. Otherwise, a great place to relax and enjoy a romantic gateway.

Positives: The staff was super attentive and friendly. Ready to meet your needs.

Negatives: Internet connection was impossible. I can not believe they do not have wireless in the rooms!

This Omni is one of our very favorite places to stay. We were treated as royalty by everyone. You don't see the housecleaning carts, but room is made up at all times including turndown bed service. Our only negative was the girl, at the front desk, who was very rude when asked to adjust the bill. Three people told us local calls were free, but we were charged anyway.

Positives: Friendly staff, cleanliness, night turndown service with mints, full ice bucket & weather report.

Negatives: Unfriendly very rude desk clerk, upon checkout.
