Clean, comfortable and colorful place to stay. Great view of the foothills of the Rockies. Staff was very helpful.
Positives: Environmentally friendly.
Negatives: The pool was almost as hot as the hot tub.

Its a dated hotel which needs some serious face lift.
Positives: Hotel is a dump.
Negatives: The hotel smells of chlorine from the pool. The hotel does not represent the beautiful city of Boulder.

This is a fun place in a fun area. The rooms leave a little to be desired, but it is compensated for by the nice pool and enjoyable overall environment.
Positives: Nice swimming pool. Overall, fun, friendly vibe.
Negatives: Rooms in need of upgrade.

Firstly, I've never posted negative comments on any hotels before this one. When we found the place we couldn't believe it, it seemed run down. I was hoping the inside would be better than the outside, but as soon as I stepped into that lobby I was hit by a wave of chlorine-clad humidity. Their indoor pool is not well ventilated (if it is even ventilated at all). Their hotel lobby staff was friendly, but housekeeping showed up at 8:30, very inconvenient for vacationers! We were walking to the room and the floors were tilted towards the pool! The carpeting had 'bubbles' and were not finished well/had gaps. We got to the room and the card keys worked on an average of about 8 tries (I'm NOT exaggerating). When we finally made it into the room, the ceiling boards were lose and uneven, the bathroom had cracks in the floor tiles, and the door to the room had no safety lock. The beds and couch were okay (no stains or anything). Had wireless and the breakfast had variety.
Positives: Friendly lobby staff, decent beds, free breakfast, free wireless Internet.
Negatives: Everything else! Wreaked of chlorine, inconvenient to get to, building in serious need for renovation/repairs.

Carpet and rooms are not clean and the hotel looks like it is in need of serious updating. The breakfast was terrible and the host in the breakfast area was very unfriendly and rude. I would not stay at this hotel ever again!
Positives: Large pool area with climbing rock.
Negatives: Dirty and in need of a remodel! Breakfast attendant was very rude!

The room was not fancy, but clean. It was very "Boulderish." I didn't like that rooms opened to the outside, although I was fortunate not to have to stay in one of those rooms.
Positives: Pool and hot tub were nice.
Negatives: It looked like a Holiday Inn from the 1960's.

A seedy dump with a new coat of paint.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Bar and Band noise that began at 3 PM went straight to my room.

For the budget conscious and family travelers, this is a great place to stay. Kids seemed to really enjoy it! Otherwise, the dining was decent more like a decent pizza place. Nothing spectacular in terms of food. Not a perfect/new appearance in terms of the room and fixtures, somewhere between 2.5-3 stars.
Positives: Courteous and helpful staff; free internet.
Negatives: Had to pay extra to rent DVD player; some fixtures/tiles/etc were run down/cracked/splitting/etc.

Great green conscious spot that was comfortable and affordable and had a taste of frivolity. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Purified water and low-cost water containers, free healthy continental breakfast, free business center and internet access, and nice common areas.
Positives: Great green inn with focus on conservation. Free purified water.
Negatives: Cracked bathroom sink and huge gap under door that allowed cold draft.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant and I liked that it was eco friendly. My friend and I had a great time at the restaurant bar and the pizza we had there was really good.
Positives: Indoor pool, eco friendly.
Negatives: Rooms were very with no frills.

Budget hotel. Minimally acceptable rooms. Great pool / bar area. Fine, other than room that smelled like cigarette smoke.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Room seemed to be a smoking room. Was not offered non-smoking room.

This was a great stay. Loved the business center, free copies, breakfast, and green concept. Room was large and comfortable, felt taken care of by very friendly staff.
Positives: Staff friendly and helpful, easy to check in late.
Negatives: Did not have gift shop with toiletries or snacks.

This was a great value due to the fact that all we did was sleep here. If you are looking for a hotel that fulfills a lot of needs, probably not a great fit. If you are going to be out all day and just need a place to shower and lay your head down this is the perfect place. Staff was as friendly and helpful as a 5 star staff.
Positives: Staff was great, I asked to check in early and they made sure that it happened. Excellent customer service.
Negatives: Room was cold, the heat was turned off when we arrived which is fine, but the room did not ever warm up.

This was a great spot. An environmentally friendly and practical place for a short stay, with a good view of the flatirons. The location is good, with shopping and entertainment nearby, as well as easy access to and from the airport.
Positives: Pleasant surroundings, fresh paint and remodeling and good looking inside and out.
Negatives: I enjoyed the hotel.

This hotel was nice enough but aging. We didnt figure out the air conditioning but fortunately it was a relatively cool night. It was conveniently located near our point of interest.
Positives: Clean.
Negatives: Too many stairs, couldn't work air-conditioning, loud neighbor.

The Hotel room was dirty, Smelled like smoke, and had bed bugs crawling on the headboard.
Positives: It was in Boulder.
Negatives: It had bed bugs and also applied additional charges.

This was an older hotel that was not particularly clean right by the freeway. If you are going to have a business where you lock people in to a commitment then you should do your homework and find out what these hotels are really like.
Positives: It was a bad hotel.
Negatives: I ride to communicate with you to change hotels but couldn't get through.

Hotel had a permanent resident living below my room #401. Permanent resident had lots of drunken men in the lawn all day drinking beer and lighting off fireworks on the hotel property. Room was noisy with lots of road noise. Musty, Musty, Musty.
Positives: Eco Friendly.
Negatives: Noisy rooms and musty smell.

We were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in promptly even though we arrived in the morning way before 3 pm check in time. I don't care for outdoor hallways at hotels, but we were given a second floor room. The hotel is very colorful and environmental friendly. The pool area looked nice even though we did not use it. The on site restaurant is very good other than the complimentary breakfast, which lacks much variety. We had a pleasant stay.
Positives: Friendly staff. Good restaurant on the premises.
Negatives: Complimentary breakfast lacked choices. I'm not a fan of outside hallways.

Enjoyable, friendly staff, helpful if needed.
Positives: Easy to access, helpful in general questions about boulder.
Negatives: No in room refer., no microwave.
