Nice
Positives: Very clean and friendly.
Negatives: Next to interstate, could hear traffic at night but otherwise a great hotel.

Lobby was expansive, but dark. Hallways were not very well lit with an "outdated" look. The ice maker had been taken out and guests advised to use machines on upper or lower floors. No separate ventilation in the bathroom, just the room AC. We were there because my husband was having surgery at the University Medical Center there and I wanted a convenient place to stay pre and post surgery. After all the "hype" of the commercials, I really expected better.
Positives: Very nice linens on the beds.
Negatives: Mattress had a big dip in the middle that wasn't initially apparent. Bathroom was a little grubby with the doorknob loose.

Was the worse hotel experience of my life the room and hall way smelled musty. Had to ask for a different room when I found dead bugs in the room. The carpet was torn in the hall way outside the door.
Positives: The first room they gave me had dead bugs and torn carpet.
Negatives: The bugs.

The room was alright, but no different than a 2 star motel, just more expensive and no breakfast. Our bathroom needed desperate attention. There were holes in the wall, hair in the tub and stool, tiles that were coming loose and had “stuff” growing on them. It was an outdated facility attempting a higher star rating by charging obscene amounts of money with little to no benefits. The pool was well maintained and clean, we would have enjoyed it more if young unsupervised children were not allowed to terrorize the guests that wanted to relax in the whirlpool.
Positives: My teenagers appreciated a dip in the pool, until unsupervised children overtook it.
Negatives: Out of the way.

Everything was great about this room and hotel except that I expected better views from the fourth floor (of mountains, etc) and the shabby areas in the BR which I mentioned previously (tissue box coming off wall and corrosion of light switch plate).
Positives: Helpfulness of staff and appearance of common areas.
Negatives: Light switch in BR was corroded and unattractive - tissue box falling off wall.

Very nice and will return in the future.
Positives: Convenient, cheerful.
Negatives: Gave us two queen beds instead of the King we requested.

This is a very nice and attractive hotel. The atmosphere is very peaceful and comfortable. Great for traveling with spouse or on business. It is located in a small corner between interstates so from outside it feels crowded and busy. All that changes on the inside. I would not recommend this hotel for small children. There are nicer restaurants nearby, but fast food is a bit distant.
Positives: It was very clean and nice. The staff was great.
Negatives: The hotel is tucked into a very small corner between interstates. In the middle of a business park, not restaurants, etc.

This so called 3 star hotel needs to live up to their name. While I was comfortable in their new beds, the noise level from the traffic was very loud.
Positives: Secure room once you found it.
Negatives: Front Desk Manager and poor food service.

I have stayed at this hotel before and we were looking forward to going swimming and relaxing, we got to the pool and it was closed for the season. I will know better next time.....
Positives: The lounge and the employees.
Negatives: The pool was closed and the rating of the Hotel should be dropped when it is closed!

Very nice hotel with gorgeous views. Would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic getaway.
Positives: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds. Would be pleased to stay there again.
Negatives: Hotel is nice but not kept up well. Management really needs to due minor maintenance to bring it back to par with the surrounding hotels.

The hotel is very nice. Better than expected. It is a bit tricky to get to off the highway, but worth the stay. Excellent views of the rocky mountains. A little noisy and you couldn't control the heat or AC. We were upset one night when the alarm in the next room woke us up at 1 AM in the morning. Called the front desk the next night to ask them to shut it off and it went off once again at 1 AM. called front desk again and they corrected the situation. They should have done it the first time.
Positives: Very large comfortable clean room.
Negatives: Noisy traffic outside and rooms were not noise proofed from neighboring rooms.

Positives: Plush bedding and nicely appointed room.
Negatives: Slightly difficult to find access road to hotel.

Positives: It had a very nice gym, business center, bar and sleep number bed.
Negatives: My room did not have a fridge or microwave.
