Was too expensive for what I got. Not a good place to stay for families unless you are willing to pay an extra $25 per person (including young children.
Positives: Although the grounds were old and in need of updates, they were clean.
Negatives: Does not allow children to stay free like everywhere else that I stay.

The hotel is filthy, the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was old and moldy, the owners live in the hotel. The parking that was assign to us was give to another room. The following day we stayed at a different hotel that was very nice and clean for about 45% less. We will never return to that hotel on our next summer vacation.
Positives: Location, out side look.
Negatives: Entrance, parking, wireless internet.

There was not enough parking area, broken screens on the window; security lock on sliding ground floor window was compromised so window could not be secured. Not enough pillows, Toilet paper ran dangerously low.
Positives: The room had new paint, & toilet had good pressure.
Negatives: Room not secure; 1 roll toilet paper / 24 hrs 4 person; 3 towels, tub slippery; 2 pillows per bed.

A very nice motel for the rating given. The location was central and the room was comfortable and modern. My only real complaint was the parking, which consisted of narrow garages and plots marked out along a dead-end driveway. I parked in one of a few head-in spots near the street. The continental breakfast was not worth the trip to the office. But the room was quiet and the bed comfortable, and I would stay there again.
Positives: The room was quite large and the furnishings clean and up to date.
Negatives: The parking was cramped and it was difficult to maneuver in and out of it.

It is a typical low price motel with no frills interior, white walls, springy beds, and a cramped parking lot, but on the plus side the people who ran it were nice and it was clean and cheap.
Positives: Clean, nice people ran it.
Negatives: Way off my beaten track, semi-scary neighborhood.

The hotel lobby has a sign that reads, "If you are in the room more then five minutes you will be charged for the room". The reason? They must be afraid you will sit on the bed and realize it is as hard as a park bench. Blankets? Not by any dictionary definition. Clean? The carpet looked like a dirty kitchen floor. Pay $10 more and sleep.
Positives: Near Santa Cruz.
Negatives: The beds are rock hard and the rooms dirty. You will not sleep here but toss and turn.
