This hotel is very clean and worth the money. Located in the center of town, it is convenient to everything in Watsonville. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly hotel staff, the charm of the decor and the help-yourself breakfast buffet.
Positives: It was much nicer than I expected. The whole hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was perfect.
Negatives: For the 2.5 stars, there was nothing that I didn't like.

I would not stay at this hotel again. I would stay at the Holiday Inn in Watsonville. This hotel was extremely noisy also the breakfast at the Holiday Inn is much better.
Positives: The decor and friendly, helpful staff.
Negatives: Too Noisy! Next to a busy road, no where nice to eat out.

The rooms were perfect. The area was sketchy, it was on the border of a scary part of town.

The hotel was nice, and the staff was very helpful. For the price, I was very upset after trying to sleep on the bed. I was very hard and uncomfortable.

I had lots to do and work on that evening. I was stressed and focused. The hotel was nice, so that made the evening manageable since I did not have any problems. For this, I thank you and staff.

Employees from night shift don't do phones and it takes more than one visit to get them awake to stop noise and crap that keeps people from sleeping. No rest from the management the don¿t help at all call 911 first!
Positives: The room was nice except for the mattresses.
Negatives: The noise and lack of security ,if they just got outside the office to look, do something.

The continental breakfast was very disappointing; service at the desk was friendly and cheerful. The room was nice, had a fridge and the beds were awful, neither my husband nor I slept well. The room was clean. Just because of the beds I would not go back, that was my biggest complaint.
Positives: The room had a fridge.
Negatives: The beds were horribly hard. We did not sleep well.

Nice hotel, good for an overnight stay, need to drive for meals.
