I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

It's a regular hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad.

Holiday Inn express was a great place to stay for this short trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to families.
Positives: We liked the comfort of the bedding, cleanliness and the spaciousness of our room.

We were so thrilled when we got there. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The hotel was spotless. There was a mixture of guest, partying service members, families and business persons. It was set far enough away from Magic Mountain Parkway that you didn't feel the heavy traffic. I would recommend this hotel to others and definitely stay there again myself.
Positives: The hotel is very close to Six Flags, nice friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff.
Negatives: Continental breakfast eggs.

Just what a family visiting Magic mountain needed. Location awesome, breakfast filled-up two teenage boys, grocery, shops and mall right down the street. Couldn't get lost if we tried. Beds were comfortable, brought our own pillows.
Positives: Breakfast, location to magic mountain and stores.
Negatives: The dip into the parking lot hit front of car several times, had to hurry traffic coming off of freeway no ice.

Additionally, the bathroom fan was ineffective and after showering the room smelled like a gym.

From the minute I steeped in the front door, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. Staff was so helpful with anything extra I needed since I was traveling with 3 children. Person told me where all the amenities were and the hours of breakfast. It is beautiful to stay. The room was huge. It had a microwave and refrigerator which worked out perfect for all the food I packed. Then we used the fitness room which was very nice and well stocked with towels, water and sanitizer. The pool and spa area was beautiful and the water temperature was perfect and there were plenty of towels and chairs. This is a GREAT place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is a very nice hotel. It is close to Magic Mountain and is family friendly.
Positives: Nice Pool/spa; in-room movies; good continental breakfast.
Negatives: Didn't have a shuttle to Magic Mountain

The hotel was nice the only problem I had was the fluctuating water temp. in the shower.

This hotel was a nice comfortable experience for me and my family. Very convenient location to Magic Mountain. The room had very modernized equipment microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and refrigerator. All the amenities we needed. Carmen Dukes

Hotel was clean, but staff @ front desk for check in was VERY rude, at first were not going to accommodate for reservation/room that we requested, then advised they HAD to, so gave us the room we reserved. But when originally called after reservation to verify room info was told that they could upgrade room to suite & that I was to keep original reservation #, but we be charged the difference of upgraded room, then when I contacted hotel for verification of room on day we arrived, was informed that they did not have our original room available that we reserved & that the upgrade that front desk employee advised of 1 1/2 weeks prior was invalid (they did not apologize for mistake)...then she informed us that she had to honor our original reservation, but appeared that this was an inconvenience for her. Upon check out, we were advised that we owed for the stay and she was going to charge my credit card, we ended up wasting 30 minutes in lobby dealing with issue before we could leave. We also filled out a customer survey for hotel in lobby & requested a call back, never received one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know & in the future would probably not go.
Positives: It was convenient enough for the location that we required near 6 flags.
Negatives: VERY rude staff at front desk for check in & check out staff unsure of policy.
