This is an excellent hotel and I usually get a great rate from Priceline. This was a great hotel, centrally located in Valencia, and at walking distance to many great restaurants.

Positives: The luxury of the hotel at a great price.

Negatives: The small thin pool and towels.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Plush surroundings and close to Six Flags. I loved the price I got through Priceline and will definitely go this route again! The pool area was very romantic with a fire burning between it and the outside dining area.

The hotel itself was great. The rooms were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The restrooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly & very attentive. I would recommend the hotel to other patrons traveling in the area.

Positives: The location of the hotel which was not hard to find. The front desk staff & the doormen were awesome.

Negatives: There were no trash disposal in the garage or out in the front. Had to take trash up to room to dispose of.

No Internet for my entire 2 night stay. Staff kept saying it would be up shortly, never happened. They kept sending me to the Starbucks a half mile down the road. Also, bed sheets did not even cover the whole mattress, (uncomfortable mattress as well). At the end of the bed you could see the actual mattress.

Positives: They offered discounted magic mountain tickets!

Negatives: Staff was a little snobish.

Hotel stay was overall very good, location to Six Flags was great. Had to pay $10 per computer for WiFi every 24 hours, I expected the Hyatt to have free WiFi.

For the price, an excellent hotel in a great location if you're going to Six Flags or just want to get out of the immediate LA area.

I loved this hotel!!! The view was amazing the area around it was clean and there was so many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was flawless very clean and the people were super nice. I would pass it on to anyone who likes a quite night. I wouldn't say for kids but maybe couples. It was a great experience.

Positives: I loved how clean it was and how friendly everyone was. I enjoyed my stay and was very pleased with the location and experience over all.

Negatives: I was very discouraged because the pool was closed when i arrived, mind you it was late, but i still wish it was open later.

This hotel was comfortable and in a good location. However, for the price there were several things that should have been included, but were not: There was no hot or continental breakfast for hotel guests and there was no access to internet in the room or lobby. Internet access was $9.95/day additional. The parking was free, which made it easy to come and go as you please, which was nice. The pool area is nice, but the hotel allows smoking and drinks within the pool area, so it may not be as friendly for children.

Positives: Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Negatives: No continental breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel over 50 times. We really enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness of staff (room service remembers us) and ease of check-in. The only thing they could improve upon would be to have a full-service spa and later hours for room service.

Positives: Close to shopping, restaurants. Free parking.

Negatives: $10 for one day of Internet access seems a bit much.

Very nice hotel: clean everywhere and comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the parking is located in a public garage across the street. I didn't feel safe leaving items in the car overnight, so I had to bring everything inside.

The hotel is in a great spot. I went on a 2 week business trip here but also brought my small children and their grandma who stayed in an adjoining room. The quiet side has a lovely view. Hotel restaurant prices were outrageous, and absolutely ridiculous to expect us to eat there. In room coffee was horrible, and restaurant coffee also very high priced. The lobby areas were cold and unfriendly, and to use the hotel computer for Internet access was outrageously priced also. Hotel should offer computer use for free as much cheaper hotels do. Pool area was nice and small wedding garden beyond was very nice too.

Negatives: Terrible coffee, charged to use hotel computer.

We stayed here for our wedding day and night and it was a great big room with a king size bed that is the comfiest bed ever! We loved the room and will stay again because we got a great deal!

A fast buck off a Non-smoker<BR>In short, and in case you don't want to read the rest of this, my wife and I, both non-smokers, had a $250 smoking fee added to our cost for this hotel. Don't allow yourselves to suffer in a similar fashion by these people.<BR>

Overall, the hotel is in an excellent location and while it is a Hyatt some sections of the hotel appear to be run down, not to the extreme, but there seems to be a lack of keep up. For example, the lights in the garden section where not all working, the paint was chipping, and the shower in one of the rooms was rusted. Not major concerns, but I was surprised given that it is a Hyatt. The hotel also has free parking - very unusual of hotels in this category.

We only stayed one night and the surroundings were very pleasant, convenient (and free!) parking, great shopping and varied cuisine in walking distance, direct access off 5 fwy, and close to Magic Mountain. It is a very clean and pleasant community.

Positives: Pleasant atmosphere and surroundings.

Negatives: No coffee cups in the room for the coffee; as a senior it would have been great to have a support bar in the tub.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel and very close to my location. Staff forgot to provide bath towels in my room but got it to me within 5 minutes when I called the front desk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would have been nice to have not had all the Hollywood filming taking place while we were there. Sometimes had to wait for them to be out of the way to even get on an elevator. Workout room was restricted due to filming as well as the pool. Alternate facility offered but not nearly as convenient.

This is everything one would expect from an upscale hotel and more. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the well-maintained facilities. The price and convenience of the parking was the best I've seen in the area.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms we were given (priceline price) had two beds, both too small to accommodate a couple. We had called ahead of time to check out the bed situation, they told us this was the typical room arrangement for Priceline customers. They would have been great for business travelers, I'm sure.
