A<BR/>very quick walk to universal studios. Very beautiful and comfortable. Pool and hot tub closed too early so we could not enjoy after our day at universal. Also $18 a day parking is a bit steep, but still a good place to stay. Thank you!

Positives: Wonderfully beautiful and comfortable with very nice people working there.

Negatives: Pool and hot tub closed too early. $18 a night to park the car. No refrigerator.

This is the perfect location for a trip to Universal Studios. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean. They have a free shuttle to Universal Studios. The shuttles could have run longer hours and that would have been helpful. They didn't run as long as the park was open. Our ice bucket was taken by the maid and not returned until we asked for it. The shower gel didn't get refilled. The parking is $18/night. But, those are the only 3 negatives in an otherwise perfect hotel stay.

Positives: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Negatives: They took the ice bucket. They didn't refill the shower gel.

Great location, highly recommend. Pricier than I would prefer, but for one or two nights, would recommend; especially if you are going to Universal Studios. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes and the moment we drove in, the valet staff and manager were waiting outside to open our door and help us with our luggage again, great service!

Positives: The location, the service from staff and the atmosphere, very old Hollywood vibe, but modern.

Negatives: Nothing!

Not worth the price, go elsewhere,it's a rip-off.

Positives: Close to universal studios.

Negatives: Poor quality room for the price, small bathroom, noisy neighbors, poor A/C, poor view, and very expensive food that wasn't very good.

Central, cool, a bit touristy, but sleek and clean.

Positives: I got a king-sized bed, and it was very comfortable.

Negatives: My neighbors were a bit noisy, and parking was $18/night.

The hotel was located very close to universal city. The flip side was that the rooms were a little cramped.

This was a very nice hotel. I would love to stay there again. The elevators were not all working due to remodeling so it did take a little while to go up or down. I loved the color decor and the throw pillow it added a touch of home.

Positives: Nice modern feel to the room. Modern color d&eacute;cor.

Negatives: Needed a plunger on the last day and the maid had no idea what we were saying.

Great location, nice rooms and nice experience. We will be back.

Positives: The decor and renovation were very nice. Not your typical loud carpet and hotel furnishings., clean lines.

Negatives: The room was freezing when we checked in. We cranked the heat and got under the covers until it normalized.

The price was right for the elegance and feel of the hotel. The staff were the best. I felt like the rockstar I am not. I'd stay again and again.

Positives: The ceiling to carpet window that expanded the lenght of the room. The view of the city was endless. I felt like a rockstar.

Negatives: The price for a shot of Patron tequila. Alas I am not a rockstar. My roomy was unable to get the thermostat to work correctly

Very nice room clean and comfy. We were in a nonsmoking floor and room smelled like smoke and people in next room smoked in their room. Noisy in next room at 300 am.

Positives: Comfy bed and

Negatives: Room smelled, smoking people next door.

There is nothing to complain about. The hotel is clean, efficient, comfortable, and well-located. But on the negative side, it has almost no character at all.

Management was very nice they were only able to solve half the problem causing me to have to pay twice for one room. I was very unhappy I had to pay to park at the hotel. The lack of refer or micro in the room was disappointing, as was the lack of a continental breakfast. The room itself was nice, clean and had a wonderful view. The lobby and restaurant were under renovations and so closed off. Next time I would stay at the Hilton next door.

Positives: Close to universal studio with transport there and back.

Negatives: I had to pay for my parking to stay at the hotel.

We had a terrible experience. Rooms are not ready when you arrive, facilities are old, front desk has a very 'take it or leave it' attitude, many things don't work in the rooms, to include toilets and sliding doors. `I'd head up the hill to the Hilton.

Positives: The Front Desk Manager was wonderful.

Negatives: Front desk, old rooms, old facilities.

The shower head was great, the lobby is gorgeous, the parking is super close, the room was spacious, plenty of pillows and towels, and overall it was really nice. (To be honest, it was not your typical Sheraton, usually Sheraton rooms are more upscale.) But it wasn't bad. For its location it was wonderful and perfect. I know hotels in the Hollywood/ Burbank/ L.A. Area are a lot older and are not nice in general. So it was great and definitely worth the extra money. I would stay there again.

Positives: For its location and compared to the other hotels in its category it exceeded expectations. It felt safe and clean.

Negatives: The beds could have been more comfortable.
