This hotel is not a great place for kids. There is no pool and the rooms are small. They wanted to charge $20 per night for a rollaway bed.
Positives: Free breakfast.
Negatives: Location, amenities, and cost.

Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast in small dining area next to front desk. Clean, quiet. Flatscreens in room.
Positives: Very clean, comfortable room, very quiet.
Negatives: The layout of the hotel requires that you might need to either walk or drive to some of the outlying hotel room buildings.

Nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking is limited. Breakfast is very good. It is served in a small lobby with limited seating. I had to walk a good distance to bring breakfast back to room.
Positives: Breakfast in lobby was very good, not great but very good.
Negatives: No elevators to 2nd floor rooms.

I was sentenced the eastern corner of the building, which is set up for in room-smokers? And maybe obnoxious loud people. Usually I don't encounter these problems at a Best Western. I believe there was some dishonesty on the part of this Internet reservation service. Which I will never use again. As for as that particular hotel goes I will not stay there again either. I am not sure if the hotel is to blame for the smoking room or the Internet reservation service. I just know this; you may mislead a customer once. The second time is unlikely to occur.
Positives: Best western hotels are usually clean and economical.
Negatives: I made reservation for non smoking room. I was given a smoking room which smelled horrible.

Overall, a great place. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Positives: The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the free wireless internet and mini kitchen.
Negatives: When we got into our hotel room, there was a pretty big bug in the bathtub.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were larger than expected and provided for all my expectations with a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was very helpful with all my requests.

Negatives: The location of the ice machine was distant, and there was one vending machine downstairs.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. However,I didn't have a very pleasant stay on the hotel that I bid on before this one. It was the Holiday Inn Hotel in Buena Park, Ca. The hotel was rated a three star but in my opinion, interior quality was well below average.
Positives: I liked the cleanliness of the room.
Negatives: Looking outside from the window in my room showed a blank cement wall. There was no view,
