I have stayed at this hotel several times for a variety of reasons. For wine tasting in Russian River, Windsor and the northern Sonoma area, it can't be beat. The pool looks quite nice, but we never have time to go for a swim.

Positives: Location! Nice place to stay to taste wine in Russian River, Sonoma, etc.

Negatives: Location of vending machine. No refrigerator although it appeared one used to be there.

i liked it overall, but really disappointed with there being no free WiFi or mini fridge, but the beds were very excellent and<BR/>I liked that the checkout time was until noon.

Positives: The bed was really comfortable.

Negatives: There was no free WiFi or mini fridge which is usually offered in lower rated hotels.

Overall, this is a really nice property. We've stayed here a couple of times and have been satisfied both times. The setting is very pretty and the hotel's location is convenient to restaurants in Santa Rosa, and to wineries in the Russian River and Healdsburg areas. My only big gripe with this hotel is the very poor water pressure in the shower. I expect much better from a usually first-rate property such as Hilton.

Positives: Beautiful grounds, very nice pool and spa, and

Negatives: Poor water pressure in shower and bed was a bit too soft.

Great &amp; convenient location if travelling to places off highway. If going into wine country, brief scenic drive into mountains isn't bad.

Positives: Room was comfortable and location perfect. it has everything to offer.

Negatives: Stayed 2 nights &amp; had issues both nights with room keys - had to change both times. noise upstairs.

Easy to locate, close to freeway, but far enough away to be free of freeway noise. It is a very quiet hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bedding and other linens are excellent.

Positives: Rooms are spacious, the bedding is luxurious. I feel pampered.

Negatives: The room carpet was a bit wore.

Very good value! First time Priceline user and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It's a little tough to find originally, but once found is convenient and a great place to stay.

Positives: Better than expected.

Negatives: Dirty entry way.

Well kept property with spacious rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff. There is a charge for in-room WiFi, which is almost unheard of at this level of a property.

Positives: Spacious room, Comfortable bed.

Negatives: No refrigerator and not enough counter space.

Nice enough for business traveler and in a good location do not expect a great view it is in the middle of a business park.

Positives: Good restaurant and good prices and they do not charge for corkage fee.

Negatives: A little mold in the bathroom.

It was a comfortable place. Clean rooms and quiet setting on a hill overlooking the valley. The staff was friendly.

Positives: Location on a hill. Had a nice view.

Negatives: Dirty rugs in halls and lobby. WiFi was not free. Rooms far from lobby.

Everything was good but could tell put me in the worst &quot;view&quot; room. In every way the hotel was nice in regards to the grounds rooms, everything. Then I opened my curtains expecting the view to match only to find what looked like a dump. It overlooked a road with mobile storage containers and old dumped refrigerators. If that is the hotel property they need to clean it up and if it is not their property they need to install fence, trees or something to cover it up. I would have been upset if I was traveling with my family on vacation at a high end resort as such and then find that type of view. They need to clean it up bad.

Positives: Nice grounds, vie rooms.

Negatives: View out my window.

The room was large, bright and sunny with updated color scheme of yellow, red, green. Bed was soft and comfy to sleep on. We have a need for a small refrigerator, and the hotel provided one at a $15 surcharge after 2 phone calls and a 4 hour wait. Fridge was small, broken down and missing a critical part. I complained and the hotel refunded the $15. They also charge $9.95/day for internet service. My spouse and I each had a laptop and the unwritten requirement is the charge is per computer and not per room. Almost $20/day for internet is uncalled for. Internet service broke down for over 18 hours the last day, and when I complained the front desk staff forwarded my phone call to AT &amp; T to discuss their problem. The room stayed at a constant 71 degrees, day and night, and nothing I could do with the thermostat settings changed it. We finally left a window open just to cool off, but then we had to listen to freeway noise and sirens during the night.

Positives: The room was bright, sunny and inviting.

Negatives: Air conditioning did not function well, and $9.95 charge for internet service.

A large, typical, spread-out Hilton that makes you pay for all the extras.

Positives: Easy, convenient, &amp; free parking.

Negatives: No free WiFi.

Excellent location close to Santa Rosa downtown and the Sonoma wineries. The exercise equipment were very nice. Jacuzzi was hot. The pool was beautiful, but a bit cold! Restaurant and lobby were artistic and tasteful.

Positives: Staff was excellent and the room was beautiful.

Negatives: Pool temperature needs to be 5 degrees warmer.

The hotel was nice; but I was very disappointed to see that they charge for the wireless Internet.

Positives: The rate was relatively inexpensive.

I was given a large room with a King size bed, which was quiet, comfortable and very clean. I will gladly stay there again if it selects my price offer from Priceline.

Positives: My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had an exceptional stay.

Negatives: Nothing. It was beyond what I expected.

Excellent beds and sizable rooms. Tv was nice, view was great, and love the location. Bathroom was pretty nice; real tile showers would be in keeping with the competition (i.e. Doubletree, Hyatt, Fountaingrove Inn). Pool was nicer than expected and I look forward to staying AND swimming at the Hilton again. it was very relaxing.

Positives: Beds are super comfortable.

Negatives: No fridge or microwave.
