Check-out is 11, versus 12. 10 minutes before check-out, front desk starts calling to get us out of there. I paid for the room until 11, I should be able to stay there up into that time.

Positives: Absolute nothing.

Negatives: Front desk is unfriendly and unhelpful. Bed is uncomfortable.
