Fantastic!
Positives: It was perfect for us. We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks. The buffet breakfast was exceptional.
Negatives: I didn't like paying for internet and our plans were not definite. Priceline allowed me to extend one day, but I would have done one more.

Just needed a room for the night as I had an interview in the morning and live far away. I ended up feeling like I took a mini vacation and had a great time. I was energized for my appointment and the long drive home after.
Positives: Manager's Reception, fountain, room service, room design, complimentary breakfast.
Negatives: Appreciated the business center but free WiFi in room is offered at comparable hotels.

I would definately stay here again. The hotel was clean, convenient and had very friendly staff. Check out was at noon which was nice not to have to rush out of there in the am.
Positives: Convenient parking, check in, check out
Negatives: charged me for water in room that I didn't use. They removed easily though.

Stepping into this conveniently located. Quiet hotel you discover a beautiful setting, complete with tropical plants, running water and brightly colored koi fish. The rooms are always clean, the staff always friendly and you can't beat the free cooked to order breakfast, or the managers reception with full open bar. I always stay here if I can.
Positives: You can't beat the free breakfast.
Negatives: Nothing.

Property is showing its age. Breakfast has been substantively downgraded since last visit 2 years ago. Public spaces were very cold. It felt like there was no heat at all in the breakfast room and it was below freezing outside.
Positives: Great sheets.
Negatives: Public spaces are dated and showing their age.

We were totally pleased with this hotel. It was awesome for the price, and the staff was terrific. We had room service late and it was wonderful. We would do this again in a heartbeat.
Positives: It was perfect for the price and for the evening.
Negatives: It was a bit off the beaten path.

Too many group teenager guests, who occupied swimming pool facilities, noisy most of the time, and carelessly excluded other family guests who want to use same facilities. This is one major drawback to our stay at this hotel this time.
Positives: Breakfast there is terrific, staff serving breakfast are very friendly and efficient. They are highly appreciated.
Negatives: Room cleaning service is not good enough.

I would come back again.

Negatives: None to mention.

Central for vacation to Napa, Sonoma, Healdsburg, Sausalito, Tiburon and San Francisco. Also the more quaint areas of San Anselmo and finally easy to get to ferry to SF. We are from this area and knew this would be an ideal central location. Great breakfast to start the day.
Positives: Great breakfast. Easy and free parking. Central.
Negatives: None.

Very professional friendly staff. Nice room - with a view. Two-room layout with extra sitting room removes the sleeping area from interior courtyard noise.
Positives: Large bed. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable.
Negatives: No complaints.

Nice staff, big comfy and clean rooms, convenient to Freeway.
Positives: Free breakfast and happy hour.
Negatives: Removed from town.

Good location. Great price with your service. Very nice hotel and staff. Outside garbage and room service dishes needed to be cleaned up in a timely manner. Breakfast was so . Ate at 0800 and then rush was on. Warm eggs and spuds didn't get it. Overall I would stay there again.
Positives: Separate bedroom.
Negatives: Trash cans overflowing in parking lot, room service dishes in hallway floor.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Embassy Suites. Its location is so close to everything in the Bay area. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The full breakfast buffet is a nice touch, but can get rather crowded on weekends. Eat early in the morning to avoid the crowds. There does tend to be a lot of families with small children, so it we would not recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway. We awoke to the sound of a baby crying at 5 AM, so keep that in mind;) We love its proximity to the Bay area and would recommend this hotel for that reason alone. We will surely stay there again.
Positives: The convenience of the hotel is unsurpassed! Close to everything in the Bay area!
Negatives: Breakfast buffet was very crowded on Sunday morning. Need to get there early.

Although I had to cancel this trip because of bad weather, I have stayed at this hotel before, this review reflects that stay.
Positives: Morning meals inclusive.
Negatives: The beds were to hard.

Not a bad hotel but hidden charges are inappropriate in a competitive environment ($10 a day for WiFi is inexcusable when almost everyone else offers it for free and it costs a hotel peanuts to provide). Manager's reception was a joke -- just drinks, popcorn and Tortilla chips. Inconvenient room locations -- like going through a maze to get there. Kids everywhere monopolizing computers, laundry room, hallways, etc.
Positives: Cooked breakfast (although time was inconvenient).
Negatives: Nickel and dimming hidden charges. No free WiFi in rooms (extra $10/day).

The embassy suites is a fine place if you are over 65 or have 5 kids, but for a single male traveler, it only offers isolation and no possibilities of entertainment.
Positives: Large room, safe, plenty of parking.
Negatives: Staff is rather not good.

I hate the Disney like theme in the lobby of this hotel. There are kids everywhere on the weekend, running around barefoot in wet towels. The Happy Hour is like a cattle call. I'm sure families love it, but if you are on business or a get way, do not stay here. There is no sound proofing between rooms so you have your neighbor's noises too.
Positives: Nice rooms.
Negatives: Very noisy.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 09 Jan 2008 rated 9 out of 10.
Above average quality of accommodations, highly responsive staff.
Positives: Bedroom and sitting room arrangement, complimentary breakfast.
Negatives: Too few computers in business center; difficult to access.
