The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The hot tub did not work properly during 5 day stay.

This hotel has lovely views of the bridge and harbor if you request a room with a view. its in the heart of downtown San Pedro, not the safest location, but perfect if you are doing business in the port or want to be in an area with some character. The hotel is clean and the service was friendly and prompt. The room felt small, the beds felt small, there was no fridge in the room, which made it hard to have snacks and cold drinks on hand for the kids. I liked booking thru priceline because we bid on our room and got it for 50.00 less than the regular rate, which was plenty for this room.Nothing really bad, but nothing really spectacular either.

Positives: It was clean, and when we needed things brought to the room, they were very prompt.

Negatives: We couldn't do pay on demand movies, they no longer carry this service, the two double beds in our room felt very small and cramped, no refrig in room.

Hotel was surprise nice and we could see the cruise ship from our window. We got to the room and there was a gift on the bed with some needed things, especially the lavender spray. Anyway the room was very nice. My only issue is the restaurant where we ate breakfast. Had the buffet for $13, but really not worth it. The service was very slow. That was a surprise since the front desk service was very quick.

Positives: It was close to the cruise ship terminal and provided a free shuttle service.

Negatives: We had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Poor service and food was poor. Who serves turkey bacon. Awful.

This hotel is located walking distance from Ports O call and very nice Downtown late night music scene. The hotel bar/rest. looked great and people were having a good time until at least 1 a.m. I like that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Found staff to be very helpful upon our arrival. When they realized that we would be leaving on a cruise the next morning, we were immediately told about the free shuttle service to the pier, which was an unexpected bonus as we had not read anything on the website indicating that this was available.

Positives: Staff, service & comfort were better than I expected.

Negatives: Could have used more help in the restaurant during the morning breakfast.

This hotel was more of a 2.5 star hotel based on the rooms.

The hotel staff was very short with the guests and not accommodating. When calling the hotel after the reservations were booked, the hotel said that parking was included for parking for our cruise, but when arriving at the hotel, the guest services manager told us it would be an extra $10 per day per car (we had three cars for three rooms) also he wanted to upcharge for a room with two Queen beds. Also, they would not provide a fridge for the room without charging $25.

Negatives: Rude, uncaring staff, said that the parking would be included for our cruise and it wasn't!

The Crowne Plaza is situated well for cruise ship guests and others interested in the San Pedro/Long Beach areas. We were there in January, so we didn't use the pool, which did look nice.

Positives: It was convenient for our activities. I appreciate the manager moving us to a non-smoking room.

Negatives: The jacuzzi was down and self-parking spaces were limited.

Was catching a Norwegian Cruise ship in San Pedro, this hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient, put a bit pricey for one night. Meals in my opinion were over priced.

Positives: Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Negatives: Meals at the Crowne Park Hotel were expensive.

The hotel is very clean, handy to harbour businesses, and the service was top notch. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Would recommend this hotel if you are planning on taking a cruise ship from San Pedro. We could see the ship from the hotel room. What a way to start your cruise!

The hotel was very nice. Friendly staff and a great free shuttle. The beds were comfortable and we had a coffee machine. The hotel seems to be centrally located to attractions and restaurants in the area.

Positives: Very close to the Cruise terminal and to Ports of Call village and restaurants. The free shuttle was wonderful. Great staff.

Negatives: The rooms did not have a safe in the room.

We had a baby shower in their ballroom for my sister and the food and service was incredible. I highly recommend future events for anyone needing to hold an event.

Parking and Security are excellent! Walking distance to San Pedro Village Walk--Historic Area--Hotel Staff very accommodating---wife arrived prior to me and she loved the Hotel in every respect. View Room really made it special given a very low price through Priceline. King Size Bed and View. Bathroom is a little tight, but we really enjoyed our stay!

Positives: Room Location provided a beautiful view of San Pedro Harbor and Vincent St. Thomas Brigde Celebrated our 36 Wedding Anniversary.

Negatives: Windows not cleaned for some time, but view overcame this issue.

Very comfortable beds, nice rooms. I stay in San Pedro area about once a year, and really like this hotel. Parking can be tough, a small, tight garage, but we normally find a space. Area looks like a poor part of town, but we have not had any problems.

Negatives: poor location (not the safest part of town), tight parking for mini-van

Crowne Plaza (San Pedro) staff helped me out when I needed to make a photocopy of a document. They did so without my asking them, and they did not charge me for the photocopies.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza prior to our cruise on NCL. The hotel exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and location. We were allowed to check in at 9:00 A.M. for no extra charge. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Absolutely perfect for anyone cruising out of San Pedro (los Angeles). We got up in the morning, looked out our window and could see the ship. The hotel knew how to transfer people to the port efficiently and quickly.

The hotel was nice. Clean, nice size room. Front desk staff was friendly. Shuttle to the cruise port is nice. You can also take the shuttle in a 5 mile radius if you want. Only issue was we were told via phone and email the restaurant would be open normal hours on Thanksgiving day, but it was closed when we arrived. We ordered room service which was fine, but expensive will all the fees they add. I'll stay there again next time cruising from San Pedro.
