It's equivalent to a motel 6, I guess I expected better from the brand.

Positives: Convenient location and easy to find.

Negatives: Musty dirty smell of the room, the pool looked dirty, and I was charged an extra $20 for double beds.

These are outside rooms. The room was filthy. The towels are terrible. There were stains on our linens. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The tub would not hold water. The service was absolutely atrocious. They ran out of extra towels and pillows every night and refused to allow us to reserve extra pillows and towels. Highly disappointing. Horrible experience heed my warning.

Old, good beds only able to give upstairs room and I have a bad back.

In the heart of SLO right off main drag and near Hwy. Small lobby heat pool ice machine all good amenities.

Positives: Close to freeway but not noisy nice restaurant next door.

Overall staff was friendly. Owner operator was not. Cleaning staff did not leave any towels after cleaning room. Beds are hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. This hotel is a little pricy for what they offer.

Positives: Close to every thing we needed college, shops, and highway.

Negatives: The owner, operator was rude. Others were friendly; cleaning staff didn't leave any towels.

If you don't mind parking on the street and you like hard beds this is the place for you.

If you are looking for a quality hotel at an affordable price, you might want to look somewhere else. Though this hotel was close to the freeway, three fast food chains and somewhat close to downtown SLO, the amenities and service were quite lacking. I rented two rooms, one for myself and one for my mom and we both had a similar experience. The bathroom showerhead was about a foot too low and jumped from hot to cold on more than one occasion. The towels were not only thin and cheap, but were also scratchy. The hot water coming out of the sink was "lawsuit" scalding hot. The a/c in the room really didn't get cold enough for my taste and the bed was really stiff and unforgiving. The overall appearance of the hotel was cheap looking despite their attempts at landscaping and they ran out of what they called "continental breakfast" about an hour early.

Positives: The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it was near some fast food chains and a mini mart.

Negatives: The bathroom's mismatched paint, the scalding hot sink water, the thin, scratchy towels, and the stiff beds. The security chain on the door didn't work.

Room met expectations but we thought the staff was quite rude only out for a buck and not interested in costumer service.

It was really clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable. The pool was heated. The price was nice compared to other motels. The view was really nice. I would suggest everybody to stay here. I will definitely come back and stay again at Ramada.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The price for the room was too high for the condition of this place. The service was lousy, when we asked for towels, we were refused!

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families. The first single room we looked at had mold in the shower, it smelled, and it was not very clean. The double room was not as bad as the first, but it also was not very clean and had an odd smell.

This hotel was one of the most disappointing I have ever stayed in. The sliding glass door would not latch. We called and the desk person showed us how we could pin it shut. The toilet paper holder was off the wall sitting on the floor. there was no soap - we asked for some and the manager looked for it and then finally said he would bring it to our room. Everything needed to be updated - a disappointment.

Positives: There was a creek outside the patio.

Negatives: No soap, the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall.
