A perfect hotel for the price.
Positives: Clean with great walking-distance location.
Negatives: Beds were pretty small - doubles.

This was an dirty rundown hotel and the staff was not helpful. I ask for extra sheet they ask me why and that I already had one on the bed. No mattress pads nothing over box springs, it was dirty on the walls & doors, carpet and furniture.

If you can not find anywhere else to stay, this place will do, but the hotel staff was not that friendly, not rude, just not friendly.
Positives: Close to freeway.
Negatives: Lobby was unattractive and seemed unclean. Staff was overly inquisitive.

Good economical place to stay for one night. The staff is friendly, and service was prompt. The proximity to the University and downtown is excellent.
Positives: Cheap and convenient to our planned destination.
Negatives: Parking is limited, queen bed seemed smaller.

A good place to get some quick sleep before hitting the road again, nothing fancy.

The hotel was not horrible, but it was not the best either. They need to replace their towels. Rooms are far enough from the street that road noise was not an issue. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom had been refurbished recently which was a plus.
Positives: The front desk person was very helpful.
Negatives: The towels need to be replaced. They were terrible.

Decently priced for a frugal family of four, good location, clean, nice bathroom and helpful staff. All in all we were quite pleased with our stay and would probably chose this location again.
Positives: It was clean and quiet.
Negatives: We had a few issues with using the card keys.

Hotel was average for a cheap traveler type stay. Not a tourist hotel by any means. You don't look forward to going back to this one after a long day of sightseeing. It's just a place to crash, and expensive for that.

The hotel was at a very nice location. It felt really good getting up in the morning and walking around the area. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile.

Front desk clerk was a jerk. Wanted to argue with me about not having a king room. The clerk wouldn't just give me a double room. I had to pay extra out of pocket at a 1 star hotel. The room stunk like cleaning products. I had to air out the room so we could sleep. The beds seemed brand new but extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was remodeled and nice. There was a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. Overall my experience was not good and I would not recommend this hotel. We tried to save a few bucks because we just stayed at a 4 star in LA. I won't be doing that again.

My bed smelled like urine, the floors were dirty and the lady at the front desk was very unhelpful. This was the worst experience.

This hotel is no frills. Clean. And just fine for crashing. It had a clean bathtub (always important to me) and bathroom. It also had a small fridge and coffee pot. This was immensely helpful to us. As we had a conference across the street. And could brew our own coffee and stock the fridge w/our favorites. Also enjoyed the cable TV. Something I don't have at home.
Positives: It was across the street from the location of my business. Thats only reason it was so great for me.
Negatives: No hot tub.

Take out the 'included continental breakfast', and drop the price of the room $5 or so. Terrible and pretty much none existent. Would not have eaten it if forced at gunpoint.
