Antica Trattoria ( Dining / Italian ). Located at 2400 Polk Street. A native of Bergamo, Italy, Chef Gadaldi began working at an early age in his family’s business, "Gadaldi Gastronomia", where they produced and cured their own prosciutto and salumi. Aware that the restaurant industry was in his blood, Gadaldi enrolled in Italy’s well-known professional hotel school, San Pellegrino. There, he refined his skills and was introduced to the fine art of Italian cooking.
Izzy's Steaks & Chops San Francisco ( Dining / Steak ). Located at 3345 Steiner Street. Izzy's is not a chain! Locally owned and operated, Izzy's Steaks & Chops has long been a favorite of San Franciscans who appreciate the very best Midwestern steaks and chops. All our beef is corn fed and our New York Steaks are aged at least 21 days to produce a one of a kind flavorful product. This is the traditional way steaks have been served by the best steak houses in America for over a hundred years. Because our customers cannot live on beef alone, we offer the freshest, just caught, local fish, as the market allows. Everyone has the choice of two side dishes with each main course. These vary, but always include such favorites as creamed spinach, "Izzy's own" potatoes and other fresh vegetables. Book a table online at any of our locations
Hayes Street Grill ( Dining / Seafood ). Located at 320 Hayes Street. Hayes Street Grill is a San Francisco seafood restaurant. Our menu changes daily. We serve sustainably harvested fish and shellfish certified by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and produce from local farms– Mariquita, Iacopi, Pomponio, Everything Under the Sun, Brokaw, Zuckerman, Yerena, McGinnis, Rolling Oaks Ranch and many others at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Meats, poultry and dairy come from small producers whom we know. Seasonal highlights include Monterey squid, local anchovies, day boat king salmon, Half Moon Bay sand dabs, Brentwood corn and luscious fall tomatoes.
Lark Creek Steak ( Dining / Steak ). Located at 845 Market Street. As for the restaurant, our design team, led by Mark Stevens of Architect & Light, has created a really stylish but comfortable environment and the menu combines the best of two worlds: great steaks, seafood and chops (like a steak house) and the seasonal, farm fresh American fare you've come to expect from all of our restaurants. Add 250 all-American wines, personable service and some extra surprises and we're sure it adds up to something special. Join us for lunch or dinner at our Chef's Counter, where you can take in lively cooking demonstrations by Chef John Ledbetter and his team of culinarians. Enjoy special "only at the counter" 4-course lunch and 6-course dinner tasting menus - featuring the best of LarkCreekSteak - and served by the chefs themselves. Or, order from the regular menu and just enjoy the show. Reservations accepted; walk-ins always welcome.
