Happy Hour is honored daily from 36 PM. The Cosmopolitan Hotel is also an Old Town San Diego 10 room Bed and Breakfast Hotel. With each room beautifully furnished with 1870s antiques and private baths The Cosmopolitan is the only hotel in the Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. Front desk is available 10 AM to 9 PM. Children are welcome at the adult rate.
