We were very comfortable from start to finish.
Positives: Wonderful
Negatives: Could use newer TV's and upgraded satellite.

From the street, it welcomes you already with the manicured outside and when you get in those doors, well, WOW comes to mind. It is a very warm lobby and the lounge is to the side, also plush and welcoming. I was greeted immediately and the check-in took all of 3 minutes, if that! I took to my room and was equally pleased with the appointments and size. Great sitting area couch and coffee table and separate work area with free WiFi. I did in fact decide to take a short swim and relax from the long drive and the pool, indoor, was awesome! I just loved my stay and I will be back.
Positives: Customer service was the best.
Negatives: The view from the window was a little dull.

The staff and room were great as was the location. If I could pick where I stayed on Priceline, they would definitely be up near the top of my list.
Positives: I like the balcony.
Negatives: I did not like that the Saturday breakfast was started later, because I needed to check out and wanted to eat before hand

Hotel was clean. Staff was good. Lots of ruckus going on late night prevented any decent sleep.
