We spent one night there on our way to our vacation destination. The staff was extremely helpful, it was easy to load in and out of the hotel room, it was easy to get on and off of the freeway, and the breakfast was convenient and excellent. My kids loved it!
Positives: The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives: The bathroom was large, but it was a bit old. The hotel lobby could use a freshening up.

Nice for redding. Clean and nice rooms. Just fine. I was satisfied and for the price, I would definitely do it again. My friends keep telling me their great Priceline stories, so I tried it and felt very satisfied. Thank you!
Positives: The price for clean and safe and good location.
Negatives: Breakfast was not included with the room and if you bought it, it was over at 9:00 am, instead of 10:0 am. No elevator.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service and amenities the Red Lion in Redding offered, especially after reading reviews. Some said they had bugs, it's dirty, terrible, don't stay there but the receptionist was super nice- gave us a courtyard facing room, so it'd be quiet (not right on the freeway side) was happy to put us on the 2nd floor (per our request). Hotel staff brought towels out to the hot tub while we were relaxing so we didn't have to use the ones from our room- It was clean comfortable and just what we needed after a long day.
Positives: The Carpet.
Negatives: The shower head.

Other than the fact that the rooms could use a decor update, it was a nice place to spend a night midway to my destination.
Positives: Easy access to freeway, parking available close to door that was close to my room.
Negatives: It could use a decor update.

Good business class hotel, very friendly staff, food was fair, but priced well. 5$ all you can eat breakfast. The hotel layout is not convenient for many guests, required walking outside (in the rain) from room to lobby and restaurant.
Positives: Close to gas and dining.
Negatives: Not very well laid out, had to go outside in the rain to get to room.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. After the A/C was not performing well in our first room they graciously moved us. However, the bathroom fan was not working in the second room. While the room was clean and comfortable, there seemed to be numerous maintenance issues and probably a need for some general renovation.
Positives: Location was very convenient to dining, shopping and freeways.
Negatives: A/C worked marginally, even though it was not a particularly warm day.

We were able to get a great price through priceline. It does need some updating but has big rooms. The bathrooms have been updated and are nice. Pool is big and was great for the kids. We had to ask each time for towels to be brought out and they close the pool too early 10pm.
Positives: Easy access to/from I-5.
Negatives: Could use some updating and also refrigs in rooms.
