The area is nice, but the noise from the a/c units is too loud. The noise from the jacuzzi suites at 2am for late check ins or just plain inconsiderate guests is certainly a turn off. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. Some of the rooms need maintenance, but I guess that is a housekeeping issue, since they cannot speak very much English, there is definitely a communication problem.

Positives: The spacious suite.

Negatives: The a/c units and the jacuzzi tub suites are too noisy. Yuu hear the noise from the other rooms, hard to sleep.

Most of the front desk hotel staff were friendly. The room is spacious and reminds you of a timeshare. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. The carpet was very clean with no stains in our room. The toilet was a loose from the wall, but not a headache. You hear the AC units in the other rooms when they come on and go off.

Positives: The design of the suite, in-room wifi, amenities in the room; reminds us of our timeshare.

Negatives: The mirrored closet doors are a struggle to get into, the bathroom door is too close to the wardrobe mirrors.

Very nice rooms but mine wasn't well cleaned. There were zero toiletries in the bathroom except for a used bar of soap and I had to go downstairs and request soap and shampoo. Also found an open Kit Kat wrapper on the floor with melted chocolate on it. Couldn't tell if room was half-cleaned or someone came in to use it for a awhile. Then lost confidence in room, flipped sheets on bed. I would have changed rooms but I checked in very late and left first thing in morning. Staff was very nice.

Positives: Big rooms. Comfy beds.

Negatives: Room wasn't quite clean. Only open bar of used soap in bathroom. Dirty candy wrapper on floor.

Truly loved this hotel. Was so much more than we had hoped for. The food was great and so much of it. The staff was very friendly, We used the shuttle 4 times and they were great.. The room was wonderful, from the large bed and big screen TV, to the bathroom size and microwave and fridge. Pool was clean and we enjoyed our swim.

Positives: I loved the grounds, room, food, staff and just about everything.

Negatives: The area could have been a bit better, but was ok.

For the price, it was a steal. This is an excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, everything yet away to the residents in the community. The rooms were awesome. This is a diamond in the ruff, the needle in the haystack.

Positives: The location, the setting, room, breakfast, there was nothing I didn't like.

Negatives: I only stayed 1 night was the worst part of the trip. I will return for a longer stay.

Room and old furniture that was not clean looking, bathroom paint was flaking off in several places. Just not a great room.

Staff was decidedly unfriendly. The room was ridiculously small, refrigerator was unplugged and out of place, freeway noise. Clearly a place that didn't want third-party bookings.

This hotel was well worth the money. It is a little out of the way but not so much to be an inconvenience.

Negatives: Limited amount of in room compliments- 2 cups of coffee for a 6 person room.

I will never stay at this hotel again. My room was along the freeway and was very noise. The picture on the website showed flat screen TVs but it was a small tube style. The elevator didn't work. When I entered the room the refrigerator was turned off.

Positives: There wasn't anything that I liked about it.

Negatives: The worst part was that they my room was along the freeway and was very noisy. The hotel was not full either.

Hotel is under construction, which made parking difficult. Room had very thin walls and we could hear the TV next room and conversations. Bathroom was dark, light bulbs burned out, bathroom door knob was reversed locked from the outside not the inside and the water control knob for the shower would give us either all hot or all cold water only. Would not recommend hotel.

The grounds for this hotel are dated and landscaping is needed badly. The breakfast buffet was the same each day, and plastic forks and paper plates were used. The suite they call and (executive suite ) was more of a junior suite. While it was clean, the kitchen was not what I expected. A microwave and a very small fridge. No counter space at all. Single cup coffee brewer. Privacy drapes in bedroom did not close completely allowing light to come at night. Not too good for a restful sleep.

Positives: It was convenient to the freeway.

Negatives: For a suite, no kitchen, very small fridge.

The even numbered rooms were very noisy. Near a hospital? Thin walls. My mother had a room in the courtyard, much quieter. Cigarette smoke could often be smelled in our non smoking room.

Positives: Good breakfast. Easy access to airport.

Negatives: Lots of noise till 4am. Smoke.
