The location was terrific; the room wonderful and the amenities more than the price we bud and won at. Unfortunately much was undone by the filthy dishes at both the managers reception and included buffet breakfast (not just one or two - but several. I was actually wondering if their dishwasher was broken.
Positives: Room was excellent. Staff super friendly.
Negatives: Construction in common areas. Dishes were dirty in restaurant.

This is a very nice hotel, free custom hot breakfast, complimentary bar every evening, atrium with redwoods and a duck pond. Rooms are very big with two modern TVs. This hotel is almost due for a renovation it could easily be five star with some fresh paint and modern deco. Very nice place to stay.
Positives: Breakfast.
Negatives: Unsure.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, very good full breakfast included with the room. The hotel did not attempt to add any lame resort fees you see at some of the others.
Positives: Very comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay in Napa. We were there with 3 young kids. They loved the quiet swimming pools. The breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations with the cooked to order eggs and pancakes. We really appreciated the suite design for our family.
Positives: Loved the suite design and the quiet swimming pools.
Negatives: Flaws in room design (shower door opening into bathroom door), crowded with furniture.

Great location within minutes to local wineries. Hotel was very nice and the staff was accommodating when we wanted to come back and use a changing facility after check out before beginning the next leg of our road trip. Would definitely stay here again.
Positives: Complimentary wine and light snacks were served for happy hour.
Negatives: We didn't see a hot tub.

Convenient to wineries, near highway. Nice mission-style decor, airy and clean. Neighborhood is just so-so. Free cocktail hour and excellent cooked-to-order breakfasts were a nice touch, though long lines for these events made them less enjoyable. Hotel also wasn't set up to handle large numbers of leisure travelers, as there were not enough tables inside to handle the breakfast crowd and we got the last table outside. Luckily, it was sunny! All in all, the hotel provided good value and the staff was helpful and friendly, but it seems to be more geared to business travelers than families.
Positives: Good breakfast buffet.
Negatives: Lines for free breakfast, cocktails.

Embassy Suites was a great value for our stay. Although the facility was older and needed some minor repairs to the rooms, we were very happy with our stay.
Positives: Breakfast and manager's reception were great.
Negatives: Rooms needed work, loose fixtures etc.

Good value for your money.
Positives: Enjoyed the complete breakfast. Very nice courtyard area.
Negatives: A bit overpriced for a three-star hotel, even in that area.

This was an excellent hotel for us. With the included breakfast and manager's reception, we thought that it was a steal! We would love to stay there again.
Positives: The manager's reception and cook-to-order breakfast
Negatives: The location of our room.

Better-than-adequate roadside hotel, but not opulent. Closer to Howard Johnson than to Marriott.
Positives: Ample-sized room, well located.
Negatives: Indoor areas were dank and smelled of detergent.

As a former hotel/casino G.M., I set high standards for quality service, product and facility condition. This is the best Embassy I have ever stayed at (and that's a long list). Bravo to Ring Mgmt. (and owners) for the job they are doing here!
Positives: Excellent brands of beverage at the manager's reception
Negatives: Only drawback, and minor compared to the overall quality, was the distance from wineries

I will recommend it!
Positives: Unlike any other Embassy suites. Big room and good facilities.
Negatives: Linen and things looked kind of old.

The Embassy Suites in Napa is a great hotel. Conveniently located across from the outlet shopping center and just a few minutes from the restaurants in downtown Napa. Very spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave.
Positives: Complimentary morning breakfast.
Negatives: Initially given a non-smoking room that smelled like a smoking room.
