We reserved a 2 queen bed and non smoking room. We took along our two teen age daughters. We received a smoking room (awful) with one king been and a small hide a bed. No other rooms were available. The staff really didn't care that we had reservations since may of 2007 (stayed October 07). They had a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was applied to our bill. We had no choice but to stay. The room would have been fine if there were just two of us (except for the smell of the smoke).
Positives: Next to downtown mountain view within walking distance.
Negatives: Not retaining the reservations.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. I will search out this hotel if I stay anywhere in the area in the future!
