We were more than pleased with this hotel! I was a little nervous walking through the hallways with all the fake plants and outdated paint/wallpaper and decor. But to my surprise, the bedroom seemed newly renovated, clean, and great size! I loved the vanity area in the bathroom. We were amazed by the view. The spa was very nice (and big!) and made for a relaxing evening. The Wine & Cheese hour was awesome! What a nice little treat right when you pull into town! Staff was awesome and we will definitely be staying there again. I do hope they update the hallway decor eventually but it is an extremely comfortable clean place to stay!
Positives: I loved our room! It was a great view of Morro Rock and super close to Downtown! The bed was also really comfortable.
Negatives: The only thing I didn't care for at the hotel was the hallways and stairwells. If the fake plants were taken out it would look a million times better!

My husband and I had a short but relaxing stay. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. I enjoyed being able to leave the sliding glass door open at night for the fresh air. They even had two chairs on your private balcony.
Positives: Convenient location, easy to find, and safe covered parking.
Negatives: Needed more low calorie breakfast choices.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the decor is slightly outdated. The hotel open spaces are nice. High speed internet is not available. As a business owner on vacation this was inconvenient for me.
Positives: Nice environment.
Negatives: No high speed internet.

This hotel is clean and well kept. While not of resort quality, it provides the traveler/vacationer with most everything. Nice continental breakfast and a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The room was large and comfy with a large screen TV and king bed. Within walking distance of the embarcadero and other parts of the city. Covered parking. All in all, a reasonably priced facility. Would recommend.
Positives: Large room¿s w/fridge/micro covered parking, location.
Negatives: Strong chlorine smell in atrium entryway.

Would stay again, were pleased with staff and accommodations.
Positives: Clean, pretty quiet, restaurants close by, firm bed, roomy bath area.
Negatives: Parking a little tight, but safely off street.

Made a reservation with them and had a problem with the car. Called them at noon to say we wouldn't make it.

They told me that if they did not rent the room we reserved that we would be charged. This was not explained when I made the reservation directly through them.

Apparently in 12 hours they did not rent one single room, because they charged my credit card. I called and asked them to remove the charge; the extremely rude "manager" told me that she would do no such thing.

After filing a complaint with the better business bureau and calls to the district attorneys office the matter was eventually resolved.
Positives: Morro Bay
Negatives: Take Advantage Of Tourists
