This hotel was spacious and clean with nice furniture, comfortable beds, large TV's, nice microwaves and refrigerators. In good location and in good neighborhood, easy access from highway.

Positives: Very clean and good amenities. Good area and close to ocean and many restaurants.
Negatives: The staff was not overly helpful.

Would not want anyone to stay here, felt very dirty. Needed internet service they offered, to connect with our air flight, was told the entire time it was out. TV control did not work, and management was of no help, which could be because of the party they were having in the office. Very loud and very rude! Very dissatisfied. This place does not even deserve a one star.
Positives: Would never stay again.
Negatives: The worst!

The room smelled awful. In general, the room felt dirty and dingy. The sheets were not fitted and shifted all around during the night. The staff was very friendly, but this did not make up for the shortcomings of the hotel.
Positives: Staff was friendly.
Negatives: Hotel felt dirty and dingy. Room stank.

We were pleased at the location and cleanliness of this hotel and would stay there again. I would recommend staying on the 2nd floor as we could hear people walking up the stairs to their rooms.
Positives: The hotel was very convenient to Morro Bay shops an marina.
Negatives: The continental breakfast was not very good. It consisted of sweet rolls and weak coffee.

The motel was in an excellent location. However, this motel was by far the noisiest that I have ever stayed in.
Positives: Good location.
Negatives: It was very noisy, poor insulation.

You might as well stay at the Motel 6 save the difference.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Over priced and very old.

I was upset with the room. It was fine for a 1 star, but it was an older remodeled room that was clean, but very small maybe 9x10. The available electric outlets in the bathroom were one as part of the light over the mirror. The location was fine. The fact that the office was a block away, with no access through the main building, was inconvenient. Not bad for the price. Not a 2 star room.
Positives: The room was quiet good sleep. Good coffee.
Negatives: The room was assigned under false pretences. Not part of the main hotel. The hot tub required a visit to the office for the key.

This hotel is old, dirty and dingy. The carpet is stained. The bathroom is nasty. It was 96 degrees outside and there was no air conditioner in the room. There was no refrigerator or iron. These two things are standard in most room now days, especially for a chain such as Days Inn. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Positives: I hated everything.
Negatives: The women at the front desk looks questionable. I will monitor my credit card activity carefully.

The hotel manager was odd and to get extra towels or supplies for the room was an act of congress.
Positives: The room was spacious.
Negatives: The carpets.

I had forgotten how dismal a night in a hotel can be when the staff is not professional, the ice is in the parking lot. If there's rating lower than economy, this place deserves it.
Positives: Nothing to like.
Negatives: This place was a dump. Smelly. Nasty. Unpleasant.

This hotel was an terrible experience. The staff was not friendly, the plumbing was bad (we had to fix it ourselves, they simply brought a plunger to our door for us to do the work). The so called WiFi fast wireless internet service was out the whole time. I had to use the WiFi service from the hotel across the street. I will most likely pay the extra money and use the place across the street next time. This hotel was a waste of my hard earned money. This place might really hurt to reputation.
Positives: Checking out and going home. Bad hotel.
Negatives: Bad plumbing, internet service didn't work, unfriendly staff.

I would stay at this hotel if I was alone and on a business trip. This hotel is definitely not for family vacation travel unless your are thrifty and do not mind putting comfort on the back seat!
Positives: Update facility.
Negatives: Old and outdated rooms. Poor view of main attractions.

About what you'd expect from a 1 to 1.5 star motel.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Floors in the room were dirty and stained.

It was great other than feeling like your stuff might be stolen from your vehicle.
Positives: I liked the proximity to Downtown and the Bay.
Negatives: I did not like the view of the trailer court and lost cost apartments.

We were disappointed in the hotel's overall accommodations.
Positives: Nice view of Morro Rock.
Negatives: Out dated and dingy.

If we were in a pinch and needed somewhere to stay we would do it again otherwise we would never stay there again.
Positives: It was a good safe location. The parking lot was outside our door, making it easy to load and unload the car.
Negatives: Dirty carpets, the room smelled, the office lady was very rude.

Stay away. It smelled, there were fleas and it was way too expensive.
Positives: It had two beds.
Negatives: It did not feel safe.

We have photos if you want to see the room we stayed in! It was the worst one! The service/manager is rude, a very unpleasant girl, she looks mad and she said that it is just an incidental and she did not need it, she put us on the farthest part/other side of the motel, when we first got into the room it is really stinking, it smell so old-musty room that we could not stand for it. We have to buy our own air freshener for it. The bed is just full size not queen size, there is coffee but no coffee pot as what they have told us.
Positives: Not one thing, it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Negatives: The manager was rude, the room was terrible, comparing this motel to a Motel 6 as 4 star motel much way better than this.

Front desk was a little gruff but the room was quite pleasant and the fridge was very much appreciated as it was consciously absent even in 4-star hotels. However, the location of the hotel was in quite a moribund place and we were glad it was just a pit stop.
Positives: The room was a decent size and clean. Appreciated the fridge in the room which was absent in even 4-star hotels.
Negatives: The bathroom was tiny and toiletries were perfunctory. Front desk could be friendlier.
