I always try to stay at this hotel. It is priced well and in a good location for our needs.

Positives: Staff friendly, clean, and in a good location.

Negatives: Air conditioner was not working on the floor we stayed in main hall.

Stayed here for a romantic weekend with my wife away from the kids. At 11:00 pm, a family with kids enters their room next to us. Shortly after, I hear a toddler crying that he does not want to go to sleep. The next morning we wake up to the romantic tune of SpongeBob SquarePants.

Positives: Staff was excellent, facilities were nice.

Negatives: Walls were thin. We could hear the conversations of the other guests.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were pleasant and fairly clean. Our only complaint was the large amounts of mold in the shower/tub area.

Positives: Great location in close proximity to In-N-Out Burger and Denny's.

Negatives: Although rooms were fairly clean, the large amounts of mold in the restroom was bad.

Pleasant and clean with helpful, professional staff. Highly recommended for a night's stay while traveling.

Negatives: I couldn't request a better view over the phone-when I got there, I changed the view of the busy parking lot to a more private grassy area and gazebo.

I expected a little fancier with the 3 star. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier and hospitable.

Staff and accommodations were well above what I expected. Lots of great food and shopping near by but I'd skip the breakfast buffet it was disappointing.

I was well pleased with the hotel experience at Morgan Hills. The staff and environment were excellent but the only disappointing thing I'd say is the staff messed up on an important fax I ask them to send for me.

Excellent location if you are planning to go to the Gilroy Gardens Amusement Park. It is also only 45 minutes away from Monterey. It is a good base if you would like to do Monterey and San jose in the same trip. The indoor pool was closed due to construction, but we were able to use the indoor pool in the hotel next door.

Excellent hotel staff made me feel welcomed! Unlike the Newark Silicon Valley Courtyard!

Overall we were happy with the stay. The price was probably better than if we had stayed at a motel! The room was clean, the staff was friendly. We especially appreciated oracle (dining hostess) as she was very courteous and friendly.

Positives: The hostess in the dining room was very courteous and went out of her way to ensure we walked away happy.

Negatives: When we arrived the receptionist was on the phone. When she ended that call her phone rang and she answered and attended rather than acknowledging us.

If you are not spending a lot of time in the room this is a great hotel to use. If you will need to spend time in the room it is very small. I would stay here again; the location and staff made up for the size of the room.

Great for families. Kids eat free and they have coupons to amusement parks nearby. Rooms were big and everything worked. Beds were a little low to the ground but bedding and pillows were of 4-star quality!

Positives: Very clean. Large rooms with fridge and no complaints that we had noisy kids. Hot Breakfast was excellent.

Negatives: Hallways smelled musty.

Location was great. Free wireless in room was a nice feature. Room was clean, however I detected a slight odor of insecticide or some other kind of pungent odor, but I got used to it. There was some confusion about the complimentary breakfast. Night desk person told us it was included, but in the morning (after I had eaten) the day manager said it was not, but did not charge me for the first day. The way I was informed seemed unprofessional as I was asked by my server to see the manager after I got done! Make me feel like I had done a bad thing!

Positives: Free wireless in room and location.

Negatives: Confusion over complimentary breakfast.
