This hotel was a nice place to stay. I found it to be quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms included hairdryer, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was tasty with coffee (from a machine that grinds the beans and brews by the cup), scrambled eggs, potato wedges, and sausage links--along with fruit, instant oatmeal, toast, bagels, and cereal. Donuts don't arrive until 8 a.m. though. Would stay here again!
Positives: Very comfortable mattress! Sony TV (flat square screen, even though a "tube"). Quiet! Great free breakfast!
Negatives: There was no elevator to go the the second floor.

Nice and welcoming entrance. Good Balcony size, with nice view to the mountains on the East side of the building.
Positives: Very helpful and accommodating desk staff.
Negatives: No salon or guest area and small lobby almost inexistent .

Great location near north San Jose, CA high tech companies, very nice continental breakfast, they are doing an excellent job upgrading the hall ways and lobby area. One bad thing was cigarette holes in the sheets in my non-smoking room.
Positives: Location to Milpitas high tech companies.
Negatives: Noisy neighbor could be heard through walls easily.

Great deal for price I paid. Rooms were much better than expected; were very clean, new and well designed. Bed had comfortable, extra plush mattress but seemed too high. I almost had to hop up as I'm only 5'2". Hot breakfast was decent again for price I paid.
Positives: Newly renovated.
Negatives: Location was hidden; next to residential/apt. Complex.

My overall stay was good. the manager did try and help after one of her staff had given me the wrong answer to a question I had asked. Because my question was not answer correctly our stay costed us more money than we planned for and that was disappointing.
Positives: Location and price.
Negatives: I called with a question about my stay and was given wrong information.

Our hotel stay was fine until we found a huge ant infestation in the bathroom. When we told the front desk clerk, he moved us to a room in another building that was not remodeled like the room we were staying in. He did not offer apologies or help us move all our things at 11pm at night.
Positives: Nice updated rooms.
Negatives: Hotel staff.

Negatives: They key would not work multiple times.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, close to shopping, restaurants and major freeway access. Also complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Positives: Very clean, close to shopping and restaurants, easy access to major freeways.
Negatives: A little too close to the freeway. Traffic could be heard in the room but too overbearing.

The hotel is located near to stores, so it is very convenient. The rooms had microwave and refrigerator, and was well decorated. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends!

Negatives: the side entrance is not accessible from outside with the room key

We arrived at around 11:00 pm. There was no parking in the parking lot. I got lucky and someone left so that I could park. Otherwise it was a great stay. We were given a disability room that had a refrigerator and a microwave so it looked like we did not get a "normal room" saved for us but it was just as nice. And they had a great breakfast- hot waffles, juice, potatoes, sausage, and more.
Positives: great breakfast bar
Negatives: not a lot of parking

This hotel was very clean, and the rooms included a refrigerator and microwave, which was unexpected in a two star hotel. It was located near numerous restaurants and very convenient to two major highways.
Positives: The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in a 2, or even 3 star.
Negatives: No elevator made a second floor stay uncomfortable, and there was inadequate sound-proofing.

This hotel has a homey feel and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are remodeled and comfortable, although the 2 bed rooms are a little crowded. King bed rooms are nicer. There is some remodeling in progress and the free breakfast area is a bit cramped and the choices for breakfast are limited and they often run out of items, even coffee. However, for the price range, I highly recommend.
Positives: Excellent price, comfortable beds, free breakfast, Free Internet Access
Negatives: Breakfast is hit or miss; a little noisy; Internet access can be slow

just right, close to freeway, shopping
Positives: friendly, easy to work with
Negatives: ac-didn't work, noise above our room

Rooms need proper maintenance. Phone didn't work. No apologies from the management. Clock wasn't even connected. Fridge was smelly and not even connected. No Iron was available. Everything is taken care of after complaining. But you would expect the house keeping crew/maintenance crew to take care of these.
Positives: Convenient Location
Negatives: Rooms are not well maintained,
