Complete sh!thole. Asked for towels for the pool and was told no. Also had to park off the lot because it was full. The owner asked me how many guests. I had because we were using the pool and said it was a liability issue. Will never stay there again. Smelly lobby, smelly room. I wonder if the owner would have treated me better if I were male.
Positives: Nothing positive.
Negatives: Rude, unfriendly, and dirty.

This hotel is ok for someone that just needs a place to sleep. The hotel staff did not speak English so there was very little communication.
Positives: It was right off of the freeway.
Negatives: It was dirty and the beds were not comfortable.

I liked having a fridge & microwave. I would stay again.
Positives: Asked for ground floor & actually got it.
Negatives: Would have liked a luggage rack in the room.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was lopsided, in door need of a paint job, it appeared to be a haven for the homeless. Their outdoor carpet on stairs/pathway was filthy! The wall unit air conditioners took 3 hours to cool the room down. We had to pay cash as the credit card machine at the front desk was so old fashion it took for ever to dial up. Literally took 1/2 hour to check in, we ended up paying cash just to get out of the lobby as the smell was horrible. The rooms were dreary and smelled. Basically, afraid to sleep in the bed.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: It felt unsafe, poor air condition, office attendant spoke no English. Couldn't get CC to work, had to pay cash.

The hotel was clean, liked the heat fan in the bathroom. I think the nonsmoking rooms should be on the bottom floor.
Positives: I liked the location, and there was a restaurant close by.
Negatives: The room phones did not work.
