The hotel is nice the continental breakfast was really good. However i was traveling with my mother who is handicapped and with 3 small children under 3. The elevator was not working, so we Had to lugs kids and luggage up quite a few flights of stairs. courteous staff was helpful in quick with answering question.
Positives: The room and bathroom were very roomy.
Negatives: My mother is handicapped and the elevator was broke, our room was on the 3rs floor.

Easy access, close to many restaurants, shopping, pet friendly and easy access to Hwy 99.
Positives: Easy access.
Negatives: My key didn't work, but was resolved quickly. There was a problem with the lock on the door.

Good for the $, although outside area was a little shady. There was no elevator, and outdoor entrance to rooms made me a feel like I had to watch my back. Internet was free, but slow and my firewall didn't trust it enough to allow VPN connection. Room size, cleanliness, staff. Great.

Overall we were completely satisfied!
Positives: Comfortable and very close distance to restaurants.

Where do I start? 1st night found that window would not lock, it has been forced open too many times. Had to use my sons bat to wedge in window to secure it. They moved us. New room, door lock will not read cards we are locked out of our own room for 2+ hours waiting for them to fix it. So called hot breakfast designed for 12-15 people not hotel full of people. Most of staff was very friendly but you could tell that they were not fans of the management or owners who it seems like to run the place on a dime rather than make the customers happy. Poor staff was embarrassed at every turn and apologized profusely but it is a very poorly run Best Western!
