This hotel is in a great location if you're flying in/out of the airport, and can be quite economical via priceline on the weekends for leisure travel. The common areas of the hotel are really nice, but the guest rooms are in need of renovation. They are clean & acceptable, but a Marriott comes with a high expectation, and I'd say this hotel is in the bottom quartile of the Marriott's I've stayed at.

Also... The hotel grounds are designed for bus/taxi/shuttle/valet transportation. Self-parking can result in very long walks.

Positives: Location and sound insulation.

Negatives: Walks can be very long, both inside the hotel & from self parking.

I was in Los Angeles for the day. The hotel was very nice and in a great location as I needed the free shuttle from the airport.

Hotel is in a great location. 25 bucks to park yourself or 30 for valet. 15 dollars for Internet wired or wireless. You can add this into the cost of the room. Not that great of a value if your a business person. If you have an early flight at LAX this is a good hotel.

Hotel was a business quality hotel. It is very close to the airport so it is busy and loud. Rooms and public spaces were clean. All in all this hotel was as expected.

Positives: Location 2 minutes from LAX car rental return.

Negatives: Small no frills room. Very busy and loud lobby. Almost $30.00 for self parking and I was never told that there was a charge for this.

Location of this hotel is unbeatable, but this is the only worth-mentioning thing. WiFi and parking are expensive, and they have a lot of hidden fees.

Positives: Good location is the only thing to be mentioned.

This hotel was very clean, not a speck of dirt anywhere. Our room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which is always nice. My favorite part - the shower was so quiet! We got in late and I showered close to midnight. I felt bad because you can usually hear the shower in the adjacent rooms quite easily.

Positives: The shower was fantastic; quiet but great water pressure. Very clean!

Negatives: Huge cockroaches by the pool area.

Great hotel, nice, modern, clean. Food too pricey.

A decent hotel to stay overnight on business. However, the charge just to park your car at the hotel while staying overnight, $23, was very unreasonable. In addition, the hotel is supposedly 3.5 stars and yet had a small standard definition T.V. Get with the times, HDTVs are what you need to keep guests.

Positives: Good location near the airport.

Negatives: Having to pay $23 to self-park in the hotel lot. Also, the food at the restaurant was meager for the price.

This Marriot was what I was hoping for when I made my bid. I wanted someplace very clean and in a central location to Los Angeles shopping. This hotel was right across the street from LAX but out of the flight pattern. So we did not have any problems with air noise. One great thing was being able to take a glass of wine out to the pool area to relax in the evening.

Positives: The pool area was beautiful. Easy check in and out. Nice rooms, great view.

Negatives: Parking booth attendants weren't very nice

The overall experience was satisfactory. The pool and fitness center made up for the expensive parking and long waits at the elevators. Also the Starbuck's in the lobby was very convenient.

Positives: I really liked the hotel pool and fitness center. Both were clean and well maintained.

Negatives: I did not like how inefficient the elevators were. It took over 45 minutes for the bell hop to bring my suitcases to my room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the restaurant was only fair. As one is often captive in the hotel between flights, a better quality restaurant would be appreciated.

The hotel and staff was great. Convenient to airport, would stay again. Drawback, restaurant and bar was combined and very loud, all elevators were located in the same local, with very long halls and side halls very far from elevator.

Excellent experience. We stayed on the ground level with a door that opened into the courtyard, only meters away from the pool. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and beautiful.

Positives: The location was perfect for an early morning flight at LAX, valet was only $26 and courtyard was fun.

Convenient to LAX but did not really hear the airport noise. Twice, strangers knocked on my door and reported to be lost, makes me question the overall security of the hotel. I attended a conference at the Hotel, and those facilities were very good.

Overall the hotel room is comfortable, though the bathroom is a little too small with no towel hanging bar. The business room for using internet is charging too much.

The rooms were small and not clean. They charge you $22 for self parking while all the hotels in the area are only $12. The people at the front desk were rude and so were the people that worked at the Starbucks. I would never go back! It was a horrible experience!

This was a great hotel. It had the best service, it was clean, nice pool and hot tub, very close to the airport. I will stay here again if I am in the LA area. Only thing that would be better was if it was closer to more attractions and you had to pay for parking ($22) and internet ($12). But the pro's out weighed the con's.
