Lovely lobby but less than delightful rooms. Small bathrooms but the bed linens were nice.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Expensive, small bathroom, and expensive valet parking.

I've been traveling to Ca for 30 years and whenever I can I stay at the Luxe Summit hotel. It is a beautiful, tranquil setting and I feel relaxed and comfortable when I stay there.
Positives: It was stylish, comfortable and well situated to the destinations I was visiting.
Negatives: Nothing really.

The service was very friendly, accommodations were stylish and upscale and convenient location off of Hwy 405 & Sunset. Self park not available, must use valet parking.

Great location, great service and great experience.
Positives: Free Wi-Fi and business center. Fruit basket upon arrival.

The lobby and dining areas have the appearance of a top notch boutique hotel. The rooms however were lacking. I am sure this place was top notch 15 years ago. Now it is in need of renovation.
Positives: Great lobby and they had really nice showers.
Negatives: Room are in need of renovation.

The hotel is clean and reasonably attractive with tennis court and swimming pool. However, there is a long uphill walk to rooms near the pool. Hotel sponsored a music awards event with people in pool and exceedingly loud music making it and staying in that part of the hotel unbearable for 9 hours Saturday 12:30 to 9:30pm. No response from staff. Expensive and inconvenient valet parking only. Long walk up road to most rooms. No safe sidewalk where it is necessary to walk. Some cars speed up hill close to pedestrians. They will be issued once someone is hit by a valet or other car.
Positives: Generally clean, and has a tennis court and pool.
Negatives: Staff did nothing to turn of the outrageous noise. Inconvenient and expensive valet only parking. Staff member unreceptive to complaint.

We were very satisfied with this hotel as far as appearance is concerned. It looked very chic and contemporary, and more importantly, the room was very large. But we were very disappointed with the beds - they were so old, soft in the middle and were creaking when you moved while on the mattress.
Positives: Great location, and chic overall look.
Negatives: The mattresses were VERY old, soft in the middle, and the carpet could've been less grimy.

I got a great deal for this hotel! I have never stayed at a more friendly or comfortable hotel! Everyone and I mean everyone is always greeting you with a smile and a friendly hello. Staff is always asking if you need any help! I loved the style of my room. I stayed at the lowest priced room and was impressed by my stylish surroundings. I wish I could have taken advantage of the wonderful looking pool and tennis court, but there is always next time. I will be going back to this hotel.
Positives: I loved the staff, it was so friendly! I was in the lowest priced room and still felt so comfortable. The room was also very stylish.
Negatives: I went to the bar for Happy Hour and enjoyed the drinks. The appetizers, however, were not great.

I thought that for the price/hype of the hotel, it would have been much nicer. The rooms were very big, but the TV was not very impressive. Additionally the front entrance/exit seems pretty unsafe (basically a blind spot and impossible to get out of).
Positives: The chocolate on the bed.
Negatives: The

This was a nice property but it really boils down to economics. For the amount of money this property charges, I have very high expectations that they just did not meet. But being that I got the room for.
Positives: Very helpful and the location was convenient for my purposes.
Negatives: Very thin walls, and housekeeping woke us up early both days prior to 7:30 am.

Hotel staff is very friendly, courteous & accommodating! Rooms are very nice and spacious, the junior executive suite was amazing. Bed and furniture is very comfortable. Only complaint is the doors to the hallway are not insulated and you can REALLY hear everything going on outside your room. Nice and hidden in hills - very quiet and relaxing!
Positives: Loved the quiet, beautiful, peaceful location.
Negatives: Doors to hallway need to be updated/soundproofed.

A quiet, well-located and luxurious hotel. Large rooms, secluded grounds and convenient freeway access in the Bel Air/Brentwood area makes for a nice experience.
Positives: King rooms are huge!
Negatives: Nothing nearby to walk to.
