The hotel is very conveniently located next to LAX airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are from 1980. They need refurbishment.

This is a good hotel if you have no car, and thus don't have to spend 22 dollars on valet parking, or 16 dollars to park yourself up the street a block or two, and are so tired that you don't mind worn window shades and a generally drab atmosphere, and have no need of towels, and do not expect staff to be welcoming and cheerful.

Hotel was Kay. Definitely felt like it could've been lower rated. Our bathroom ceiling leaked. The room smells heavy of cigarettes. Everything felt really old. Bathroom was gross.

Positives: Convenient location for us on this trip. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was on 11th floor. View of planes landing out of our window, but no room noise from it. High quality linens. Comfortable comfort fit bed. In room fridge nice. Staff very helpful. Persons in the hotel lobby bar were very friendly and helpful.

Positives: Friendly staff. Clean rooms. High quality bed and linens. Quiet room despite near lax.

Negatives: Pool was closed. We did have access to pool at Sheraton two blocks away.

The Radisson is a great place to stay near LAX if you can appreciate a basic room to sleep in. They did have great staff, and I appreciated the free wifi and fitness room access, and it was clean. Customers did not seem pleased with food at the café/bar, and everything in the restaurant is overpriced. Choose the Radisson if you need a comfortable place to sleep but don't care for anything luxury.

Positives: Friendly accommodating staff. Overall very clean. Fitness center and free wifi were great perks.

Negatives: Noise from air traffic. Café served cold overpriced coffee. Room comfortable but I wouldn't call it nice.

Although the airport location was very convenient, it was definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. Very run of the mill and moderate at best. Didn't feel as though the rooms were very clean. Also, smoky smelling even though we were suppose to have non-smoking rooms. Also, a toilet that ran all night and kept us awake. The beds were those sleep number beds and they were very uncomfortable no matter what number you put them on. Definitely, would not want to stay there again.

Positives: I liked that they had a small fridge in each room. Great feature.

Negatives: The beds were horrible. Valet parking was very congested and slow.

Modern clean lobby &amp; bar areas. Very close to LAX. Must valet park for $20/day ($22 with tax) or walk 1.5 blocks for open lot parking at $16/day. Friendly &amp; helpful staff. Restaurant, bar &amp; lounge in hotel.

Not much to say. Close to the airport, good parking possibilities within 5min walk if you don't want to pay for the valet.

Positives: Clean, good located, and price.

Negatives: The valet guys didn't want to tell me about public parking that is way cheaper. Its in the street behind the building. It was for free.

Fine for the price. Room was adequate. Coffee and fridge in room was nice. Old tube TV picture was bad. Had to ask for towels. Pool was not very clean. Restaurant was excellent. My daughter had a steak and I had salmon. Both were top notch.

Housekeeping was excellent! Location was very convenient for LAX travelers, although if you're staying more than a week, I do not recommend using this hotel. Parking was outrageously expensive if you wanted valet, and a couple blocks walk and high parking fee if you wanted to park yourself. Recommend this hotel for one night, but not extended stays.

Positives: Housekeeping was excellent.

Negatives: The hot tub didn't work, and the pool was poorly maintained.

Rooms need to be updated and large refrigerator was odd to see in this room. Windows in our room was very dirty (outside). Front desk people very nice. Bellboys nice and prompt.

Although the hotel was conveniently located to the airport and clean, the room service food was appallingly poor overprice and late on delivery. Medium sized frozen/reheated pizza and bottle of water was $29, 20% gratuity included despite very slow service.

The hotel manager who spoke to me on check out was apologetic and credited us with free parking, but that didn't make up for two lousy nights of sleep. By the way, the sleep number beds are the only beds in the renovated rooms. It feels like sleeping on an air mattress placed in a waterbird frame.

Positives: They credited us with the overpriced parking charges due to the room difficulties.

Negatives: Small rooms, had to ask for coffee pot, bathrobe. Broken phone, malfunctioning air, and wrinkled bedspread.

My stay was memorable, and the kind assistance from the staff to my every need was very much appreciated. The people I met here were warm and friendly- both the staff and guests.

Hotel is conveniently located near LAX, but besides that rooms are the most shabby. Leaking water from the vent to the shower. Hotel staff don't respond even if you call front desk. They just say we will send someone up if someone is available.

My family &amp; I arrived around 11:30pm on 8/27/10, we were told that to park it would be a $22 valet fee which I had not known about &amp; wasn't too happy. The bathroom had a very smelly musty odor, you could not hear the airplane's flying right out your window, but was cool to watch. The beds were sleep number &amp; they were pretty nice. There were no other amenities such as fridge or microwave. We got up at 9am, showered and checked out, it took 15 minutes to retrieve the car. Over all it wasn't bad.

Positives: Convenient location, and nice beds.

Negatives: The bathroom smelled musty &amp; the valet parking was expensive.

Literally the closest hotel possible to L.A.X., yet surprisingly quiet rooms from double-pane windows. Superb lobby and amenities, good sized and clean rooms, terrific value!

The hotel is in a great location. Convenient to all the major highways, and airport. The room service is over priced, and the food was terrible. The valet parking is a mess. Housekeeping did not supply towels. I was always asking for towels, and my sleep number bed did not work. The TV did not work it keep going out.

Negatives: Parking is too expensive.

My stay was awful, the hotel is very old , the AC units don't cool the rooms well, we had to change rooms a few times. There is not any ventilation in the bathrooms. There is not enough water pressure to brush your teeth or wash you face, they said they were going green so they regulate the water. I couldn't wait to get home and use my own water. I will never stay at the Radisson again. The valet service was good but expensive. The man at the front desk was extremely pleasant but was only there for my check in.

Negatives: Awful place to stay, I would rather spend more and have comfort.

Room seemed to not have been totally cleaned. No bath mat, found several items on floor from past guest. Room was not cleaned on second day. I came back from my busy day to still dirty room at 10:30 pm at night. Called front desk and complained, they offered to get someone up there, but I wanted to just relax, watch a movie and go to bed.

The hotel is located in walking distance of the airport. Although the staff was very helpful and friendly, the airport shuttle was unavailable to take us to the airport for over 25 minutes. So, we ended up walking to the airport. The room was clean. The bathroom was fine; however, there were no wash cloths to bath with. I brought my laptop with me but was unable to use it because the Internet was not working. After spending at least 20 minutes on the phone trying to remedy this situation, we were still unable to find an Internet signal We were told they located the problem and would reset the system but after several attempts, we were still unable to use our computer. We went downstairs in hopes of using the wireless Internet in the lobby, but the signal was very weak and we were unable to use it. The computer center they have available was very small and unavailable due to other people having to use it. The cost for Internet there was $5.99 for 15 minutes. All in all, the staff was nice and tried to be helpful but at times we were very frustrated and feel that we wasted a lot of time in vain.

Positives: It was in walking distance from the airport yet, we did not hear the sound of the airplanes overhead.

Negatives: I was unsuccessful in accessing the wireless Internet in my room and was unable to use my computer on this stay.

Staff was overall was friendly, but the room I stayed in was outdated looking and old. In need of updates. TV was older model, paint was old looking, but it was okay overall.

Excellent location for airport travel. I arrived very late from a flight and left early the next morning for my next flight. Staff was courteous and helpful, room was large and bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that I could not adjust the room temperature below 74 degrees and the fan was loud. I would stay here again.

We arrived late at night and left early the next morning. However, the short time we were there was awesome. Very friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up.
