I enjoyed my stay here, which was easy and comfortable. The room was well-appointed, the linens and bed soft and luxurious (though not overly so), and the common areas quite conducive to gathering. I stayed on a Friday night, and many guests were hanging out in the indoor and outdoor common spaces, which included two fire pits, which I have never seen at a hotel. The parking was easy and the location was convenient enough. I wish there had been room service.

Nice room, clean and comfortable.

Negatives: Small are for drive-in registration and it was a busy street, so it was difficult to merge into traffic when leaving.

There was no restaurant in the hotel, which made it so uncomfortable for someone with many meetings during the day and wants to have dinner in room and sleep quickly!

Conveniently 10 Min's from Stanford University. Easy checkin with free parking gated underground parking. Room was clean and nice. Loved having a small frig in room without asking. Flat screen TV was great. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice plus.

Positives: Only 10 Min's from Stanford. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Free parking underground.

Negatives: Wish hotel offered a free breakfast.

Every amenity I could possible want. Great room. Great breakfast.

This is a reliable clean hotel. No bells and whistles, but if you are traveling for business, the bed is comfortable and the grounds are pleasant.

Positives: The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I also like the fact that they had a general store in the lobby which sells water, food, etc.

Negatives: The walls, ceilings and carpet should be updated.

Overall, its an excellent hotel for its price. I bid it and got it at $65 a night. Its clean, it gives you alot of goodies such as lemonade, cookies and what not. LCD<BR/>TV in the room, clean bathroom, nice showers, clean desks, IPOD clock, this one rocks, and even video game. Though I believe the video game costs money. The ONLY thing that I abhor about the hotel and other travelers have commented the same is the thin walls. You can hear the conversation next door. Its not like my neighbor spoke loudly, its just the walls are really thin.

Positives: Its clean, quiet, and it has alot of goodies such as flat screen TV.

Negatives: The thin walls is annoying becausec I can hear neighbors talking, going in and out of rooms.

It is a great hotel for reasons memntioned above and I am pleased with the value for which I paid for it.

Positives: Pretty hotel, convenient to Stanford and Palo Alto, convenient parking garage, safe, use of hotel computer/internet, and nice, comfy beds.

Negatives: Though not complaining, our room overlooked the next door neighbor's property that was full of clutter.

The room is comfortable, hotel offers free coffee and donuts in the lobby, free internet access and free printing; there are laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes which made me very happy! Hotel staff is very happy to help with transportation needs and hotel is within walking distance to train station.

Negatives: Location is a little inconvenient.

Bed was uncomfortable and walls so thin that someone snoring in the next room woke me up during the night. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel rooms were very clean. It was nice to have a mini refrigerator that was empty and not full of expensive drinks.

Positives: Parking was convenient. Room was close to lobby, garage, and workout room.

This hotel was a good choice: easy access, free parking, clean and spacious rooms. There was a restaurant for breakfast but they did charge for it. Coffee was available in the lobby at no charge. Yes, we would stay there again.

Nice, clean, safe hotel. All the expected amenities. Not luxurious, but very nice. Room with 2 queens is very large. It was especially quiet, as well.

Positives: They made omelets to order in the cafe.

Very nice, have stayed at other Courtyard hotels. I was disappoined however that the lounge was only open for the business traveler (M-TH) and that the restaurant only was open for breakfast.

Positives: Clean, friendly. Very convenient to Stanford.

Negatives: Lounge was not open on last three days of weekend. Only breakfast served.

This is a great value. The hotel is conveniently located within minutes of Palo Alto's downtown and the Stanford campus. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel staff is excellent. I highly recommend it.

I was kind of disappointed when I was given a gift bag as customer of the day ~ all it had was a cup and some granola ~ I was sure I was going to win a fee weekend or something.

What's not to like? The room was spacious, and the bed so comfortable and wide that I wasn't bounced a bit by my usually restless husband. Even the towels and pillows smelled good! The underground parking with elevators made trips to the car with luggage a breeze. The staff was very courteous, and the small store with munchies and drinks nearby the front desk was such a blessing when we arrived at 1 a.m. and hungry after a 5 hour flight.

Positives: Friendly staff, underground parking, 24-hour general store.

Negatives: When the air conditioner kicks in, it is a little loud.
