The rooms and bathroom are small, hence "Microtel". But if you just need a place to stay, it is pretty clean. Carpet could have been slightly cleaner. Even if you get a non smoking room, you can clearly smell the smokers from across the hall. Again, minus the carpet, I was quite pleased with its cleanliness.
Positives: Motel was clean.
Negatives: Carpet could have been cleaner. Could smell smokers across the hall.

Clean place, friendly front desk staff, good value for price paid.
Positives: It was close to the event I attended.
Negatives: No tea bags in room or breakfast area-all else was great.
