Excellent stay and no complaints. We didn't even mention the size of the beds to be the staff, because they slept well. Just smaller than our queen sized bed at home.

Positives: Cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Negatives: Our Queen Sized bed seemed more like a regular sized bed and we are not very large people.

I would stay here again. Rooms were very elegant and spotless. Restaurant food portions were very generous, but not according to order and it took almost ninety minutes to get fed.

Positives: Restaurant service was slow and food overdone.

Negatives: Location was off beaten track.

I was disappointed there was no hot-tub, the water in the pool was too cold. The pool area was very functional but not particularly inviting. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Positives: The warm cookies and cold, fresh, citrus water at the desk.

Negatives: Bathroom was way too small, no counter space, room was crowded.

I had a great visit. I stayed for five days. I would use the hotel again. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the hotel.

Positives: The pillows and bed were plush. There was granite counter top in the bathroom and on the dresser. I had a huge flat screen TV.

Negatives: The pool was cold. The breakfast was excellent, but not free.

Tub would not drain, was standing in a foot of dirty water every time I took a shower. Hot water could not be regulated. It would run hot, then cold, then back to hot with almost no pressure. The markings for hot and cold were backwards on the controls. Very dangerous because of burn possibilities. A potential law suit just waiting to happen. Facilities were not available, although on the hotel answering machine that talked about relaxing by the pool and spa. The description of the room said it had a microwave, it did not. General manager did not call me as I requested to discuss my dissatisfaction, I had to call her. She cheerfully refunded one on my nights stay. To be honest, they should have compensated me for the whole stay! I as for a credit to come back at another time, but they let me know that they will be under construction for at least 8 more months. I had to go Downtown to a city park to just sit in the sunshine and read my book. I didn't want to leave the hotel to relax on the sunshine, but I had too because of the construction mess. It was filthy because of all the concrete dust.

Positives: Room was very nice - food staff was friendly.

Negatives: Hotel was under construction - no access to pool, spa or outdoor sun deck.

Other than the stained carpets in the room, the room was very nice. I was not impressed with the food service. I stayed at the hotel while my husband attended a conference. When I asked for a menu at lunch the worker said she would have to find the cook, then came back and said they had Mexican enchiladas already prepared for a group there would I like that. I said okay. The cook brought it to me after warming it up some in the microwave. I didn't care for it. In the morning I came down for breakfast around 9:30 (after working out in the exercise room, which was nice) and found the choice on the buffet very limited compared to most hotel breakfast buffets. It was warm, but not hot. It was just okay. I think the hotel should seriously consider remodeling the elevators. They are not a good first impression (most unusual looking elevators I have ever been in).

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Dirty or stained carpets in the room.
