For your convenience all the rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer,and most of the rooms have a coffee maker iron and ironing board. Free WIFI internet access and continental breakfast also included. Town House Motel is located only 7 minutes from West Coast Baptist College and Antelope Valley hospital. The motel is also located close to Edwards Air Force Base, Palmdale Plant 42, Lancaster Fairgrounds, Big 8 Softball Complex, Willow Springs Racetrack, Soccer complexes and Clear Channel Baseball Stadium, Very close to the Lancaster Performing Arts Center, as well as the newly renovated Lancaster Boulevard. There are many activities and festivals held year round.

We have also been a setting for several movies, such as Joy Ride and the Fast and Furious Franchise . Town House Motel Has always been a part of the rich history of the City of Lancaster and will be for years to come.
