Great location, on a nice beach and near shops, restaurants, and a trolley stop. Interior is horrible - dirty, broken down, disgusting. Would be OK if it was bargain priced, but it isn't. Spend your money elsewhere!

The night staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. I felt I was being called a liar. Otherwise, the location and views were amazing.
Positives: The hotel is located right on the beach with a beautiful view from the upper deck.
Negatives: The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms need new carpet and remodel.

Great venue, very nice facilities, on the sand, walk to downtown, walk to excellent restaurants. Great value for the cost. We will do this one again!
