Across the street from the beach and within walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the famous art festivals. We have just finished a $3 million dollar renovation on all rooms, pool and the court yard.

The Holiday Inn Laguna Beach is an unassuming romantic & charming place seemingly hid in ivy. The quaint lobby holds water, popcorn, coffee, and tea next to a computer and a fireplace that was lit. The staff was polite and helpful. The concierge book has lists of restaurants and local art and music events. The room included labeled sift and firm pillows. Like other reviewers said, the marble-tiled bathroom floor & shower was a nice touch (including a square bench). We always delighted in coming back to the inn after a walk or at the end of the day. The fitness room includes two working, but dated treadmills, an old stationary bike that was not appealing. They did supply towels. Small free weights 3-5 lbs were available. We did not get to try Blue Laguna, the hotel restaurant.
Positives: The black iron railings felt very New Orleans and the lighted gazebo at night was charming.
Negatives: The standard room is small and cozy.

Nice Orleans style hotel. Very convenient location, a walk across the street to the beach and several blocks from the Downtown square. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Positives: Location was great, accommodations where comfortable and stylish.
Negatives: Noisy Boulevard location, no Jacuzzi.
