The hotel in itself was probably fine. It was the circumstances we found ourselves in that were totally inappropriate. People should not be assigned handicapped-accessible rooms when they aren't handicapped.
Positives: The clerks were hospitable.
Negatives: Not what we expected at all! (Not the hotel's fault,)

Very good for the price. Not in a scenic spot, but a short drive to the town center and courthouse square. The people at the desk and on the phone were very pleasant and helpful.
Positives: The owners were very helpful in directions and finding a good restaurant for me.
Negatives: A little difficult to find off the highway. Need a sign by the road.

The room was very neat and clean. Staff seemed very helpful. The woman at front desk seemed to be the nicest person in the place. Owner should stay away from the hotel when people are around.
Positives: We really had a good stay and look forward to next year.
Negatives: NA.

This is not really a tourist town. We were there to visit relatives. Much less expensive than staying on the coast. The smell from the dairy processing plant across the street was a little overwhelming (take a deep breath of whey first thing in the am). No complaints, but nothing really special about it either.
Positives: Very easy to find and close to the freeway. Continental breakfast a plus.
Negatives: Could have used more pillows.

Over priced. Beds should be king-size instead of queen. Showerheads need to be replaced.
Positives: Close to freeway.
Negatives: Way over priced.

This hotel was close to whom I was calling upon in Hanford. It was also close to Ryan's Restaurant. These 2 items were both plus for my making reservations here. Constriction in immediate area did not interfere with ingress and egress to and from room.
Positives: Close to Ryan's Restaurant.
Negatives: Mold under bathmat, paint turning loose in a sheet around wall light switch.

Overall, I felt this hotel was a good value. The room was clean and quite large. The bed was comfortable. I was able to keep the room cool with the use of the air conditioner which was important as outside daily temperatures were over 100 degrees.
Positives: The hotel was clean, cool, and comfortable with large room.
Negatives: There occurred some late night disturbance.
