Nice clean two room suite, food was great, staff was great, I would stay there again in the future.

Positives: Great breakfast, it was only a couple blocks from Disneyland & California Adventures.

Negatives: Bartender was rude to another employee.

Very nice location, great staff. Overall had a fun filled trip.

Positives: The room was very beautiful and

Negatives: The bed seemed very old and not as comfortable as we have experienced at other Embassy Suites.

Nice location, clean rooms with nice maid service, complimentary breakfast but not terrific, charged for parking, no free shuttle service to Disneyland ($20/day for four of us). Desk clerk could not find my reservation and was not particularly friendly.

Positives: Clean rooms, nice maid service.

Negatives: Charged for parking, no free shuttle service provided, desk clerks not overly friendly.

It's decent. I liked the breakfast most. The rooms are nice. It seemed 5 star with the way they make their beds and the kind of bedding they use. We had no problems what so ever.

Positives: Breakfast.

Negatives: I don't like the soap or shampoo. With all the regulations of flying, I depended on the hotels supplies.

It is in a great location to Disneyland and very easy to find. The hotel staff was wonderful and the Disneyland desk clerk was very helpful when we found out that the wagon for our son was to big for the hotel transport. We will be staying here the next time we travel to California.

Positives: The staff was very helpful and friendly. Has a great water feature that my 5 year old son loved.

Negatives: We had a great experience.

This hotel provided everything we needed for our Disneyland visit. The shuttle from the hotel to the park cost $3 each for my husband and I, but my daughter rode free. It's an all day pass so we went back to our room and rested and still managed to have dinner and grab the shuttle in time for the evening fireworks. Hotel parking was free. I'm not sure how things are on the weekends, but we stayed on a Thursday and while the hotel and the park were quite crowded, it was still manageable. The free breakfast was icing on the cake. I'd stay here again without issue.

Positives: The bed in the room was excellent. The suite provided lots of room. The free breakfast was a great value.

Negatives: The hotel could manage the free breakfast a little better. I'm not sure how, but it gets very hectic around closing.

The hotel is great for the location. It is especially nice for families. The breakfast is all you can eat. It is not too tasty but it is convenient. I can see this being very nice for a family.

Positives: The hotel is close and convenient to Disneyland.

Negatives: The room was not ready at check in.

The hotel more than met our expectations. The staff and service was what we expected--friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. Its location worked out well for our visit to Disneyland. We would stay there again.

Positives: Room size, openness of entry and atrium, generous breakfast.

Negatives: Nothing negative to say--we enjoyed our stay, would return.

I was very happy with my stay at the Embassy. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room service was very nice. I appreciate the breakfast buffet and the cable television in the room. I would definitely stay at the Embassy again!

Positives: I really liked that the living room area was a separate room from the bedroom; it wasn't just pushed off to the corner.

Negatives: We were on the top floor of the hotel and it took a little while for the elevators to make it to the top floor due to the people on the lower floors.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and free. Shuttle was great, room was not-smelled Smokey and musty-furniture had seen better days.

Positives: The breakfast was very good!

Negatives: The room furnishings were very outdated especially the sofa bed.

Location was excellent for Disneyland. Price is too high for the category of hotel. I found out Hyatt which is next door had a better deal for higher category. Furniture was very low end. Didn't feel I got my moneys worth just from the furniture.

Positives: Very convenient to Disneyland.

Negatives: Room furniture is horrible, it feels like low end hotel. Was woken up at ungodly hour during vacation at 8:00 a.m. for maid service.

Excellent location for the Disney traveler, free breakfast saves allot for the family. Rooms are good size. Very busy location. Don't expect staff to be overly friendly it is just too busy.

Positives: Location, happy hour and free breakfast.

Negatives: Slow elevators, very busy for only 4 elevators.

Great hotel, yummy breakfast, very comfy rooms, instant and plentiful hot water in the shower. Wouldn't recommend walking to Disney, but a very short drive.

Positives: The bed was awesome.

Negatives: Pool was not "heated" enough for me--kids loved it.

The value was great. We stayed 5 nights. The only knock on the place was the furniture was broken in the bedroom. We will stay there again.

Positives: The hotel was in a great location.

Negatives: The furniture in the bedroom was broken and the drain in the shower ran slow.

The rooms were great, especially the larger suite except that you get a lot of noise by the elevators. The lobby and atrium/breakfast area was not as large or beautiful as other embassy suites. The restaurant can hardly be called a restaurant, seems like part of the breakfast area. Location was good, close to everything; bus picks you up right in front. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay there again.

Positives: The larger suite was nicely decorated and roomy, great view.

Negatives: The lobby & atrium/breakfast area was smaller than other embassy suites, pool not impressive.
