I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I've stayed here before this past trip and was glad to have gotten this again.
Positives: Clean, modern, location, convenience, everything.
Negatives: Nothing.

Clean, prompt and friendly service, the shuttle to Disneyland, two pools.

This hotel was a great hotel with great amenities. The gym had high-tech equipment. The pool and spa was clean. Nice restaurants with great service. The staff was kind and patient.
Positives: It was very clean, great gym, great pool, and wonderful staff.
Negatives: Can hear everything passing through the hallways.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends who are visiting Disneyland. It's great they offer free shuttle bus and the bus staff are really cheerful and nice.
Positives: Nice lobby and building design and friendly staff.
Negatives: I parked for only 2 days during my 4-day stay but they charged me for 4 days.

We enjoyed ourselves. Though we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities, there was a good variety offered. Staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful.
Positives: I enjoyed the area, the view from our room and the cleanliness.
Negatives: Our bathroom backed up and it took 25 min before someone came to help.

Quality hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend it. While not in easy walking distance to Disneyland, the shuttle service was great, and the quality of the hotel more than made up for it being a little farther away. It was also nice to be close to other amenities like a Target and other convenience shopping.
Positives: The hotel was very well-maintained, and the staff was very accommodating and there's a Starbucks in the hotel!
Negatives: Nothing, great experience.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean the staff were really polite and friendly. We asked for extra towels and they were given to us right away with no hesitation. The pool on the 3rd floor was great especially for ours kids. We have a 7 year old and a 4 year old. The pool only goes up to 4 feet, but it was perfect for us. The trolley was convenient and free, it leaves right at entrance of Disneyland and California Adventures. You have to pay $15.00 a night for overnight parking, but it is not bad at all. If you think about it you need to pay for parking at Disneyland anyhow. Disneyland is about 1 mile from the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.
Positives: The hotel location was really convenient for us, as we where going to Disneyland. The trolley was great it departed every 30 minutes.
Negatives: The only down fall was that the AC did not seem to cool enough for our standards. We had the AC at 60 and it seemed as if it was 75.

Definitely a good score on priceline. Very nice hotel
Positives: Very nice, clean and updated hotel. Also free shuttle to Disney.
Negatives: Parking is 15$

Very clean and modern-luxury hotel. I think this is the best hotel in Anaheim!
Positives: Very clean and modern hotel.
Negatives: $15 daily parking.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 27 Apr 2011 rated 4 out of 10.
This was basically a crappy hotel painted up to look like a nice hotel. The room was extremely small. The bathroom was even smaller. The parking was $15 a night with no other options. Total rip off. The pool looks nothing like the picture. It was small and the chemicals in the water were almost intolerable.
Positives: Close to Disney with free shuttle every 20 minutes.
Negatives: Hidden fees. No free breakfast. No free parking. Extremely small rooms.

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Starbucks in lobby was a nice bonus.
Positives: Lobby atrium impressive.
Negatives: Expensive parking.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 08 Apr 2011 rated 9 out of 10.
The Atrium noise is noticeable in the rooms on the Atrium side. After the 1st night we switched to a non-Atrium room and it was very quiet. The rooms were very comfortable, well appointed and quiet ( non-atrium side ). Nice pool and jacuzzi. Star bucks, in the hotel, is convenient for coffee addicts and all of the staff were very accommodating.
Positives: Rooms are comfortable, quiet ( non-atrium side ) and newly decorated.
Negatives: Rooms on the Atrium side are noisy. Wi-Fi isn't free.

It was OK.
Positives: Its location.
Negatives: Elevator system needs overhaul, badly.

The hotel was pretty clean. The bedding was thin and seemed to be cheap. (I know California isn't freezing in the winter, but a blanket would still be nice). The window looked directly over the lobby which meant you could here everything going on, and in our case it seemed to be a prom. We are a couple with no kids, but I can imagine having young ones and be extremely annoyed at the volume of the activity on the lobby late at night.
Positives: I liked the shuttle to the Disney theme parks, since the hotel was a bit far from the parks.
Negatives: The room we stayed in had a window directly looking over the lobby which meant the curtains had to be closed and you were able to here everything!

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are extremely small and parking is very overpriced. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you have family.
Positives: The staff was friendly, pillows were amazing.
Negatives: The rooms were extremely small, no refrigerators and the parking was practically $20 a night. I was very disappointed in my overall experience.

Overall, we have stayed at this location several times. This is why we chose this location because it's the closest we can get to 5 star!
Positives: Hotel customer service always 5 star! Love the Shuttle service to Disneyland!
Negatives: Room was not as clean as I would like to see, they missed the small details that I am sure most moms would notice.

The hotel was just off the beaten path and hidden somewhat out of sight. The drive leading to the hotel was out of the ordinary and very welcoming with it's stone paved drive, pillars and complementing landscaping. Inside the vast lobby, awe sets in while gazing upward. It's as if they built the lobby off the outside of an existing hotel. The staff was professional and quick to help and the rooms were very nicely appointed.
Positives: Slightly hidden off the main path. Absolutely leviathan.
Negatives: They don't sell 1 day Disneyland passes.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Long lines to check in because there was a convention going on, then their system shut down. The staff came by each quest offering cookies and a starbucks voucher. The rooms were very comfortable, great views. We only used the workout room and that was very well equipped, and is open 24hrs! We had a shuttle to Disney, but you have to pay for parking $15 a day.
Positives: it is a short drive to Disney, close to many good restaurants, pharmacies and shopping.
Negatives: I was surprised that it didn't have an electronic check-in where a guest could use their online voucher to scan. Instead we had long lines.

Staff was very friendly and I was able to upgrade to a kids suite.
Positives: Loved the new rooms.
Negatives: Nothing really, just called house keeping for shower caps and never received anything.

This hotel was clean and well-kept and right down the road from the Disneyland park, but the beds are hard, the lobby is very loud during the construction hours (making it near impossible to take afternoon naps). Just not worth the money we paid to stay there. Maybe it would be better once construction is over.
Positives: The hotel was clean and well-kept.
Negatives: The hotel was very loud during construction on the lobby.

Under extensive renovation that significantly impacts the customers experience.
Positives: Proximity to meeting location.
Negatives: Expensive Internet, terrible TV.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 07 Jan 2010 rated 7 out of 10.
Hotel is nice, but under construction and was not advised prior to booking. Pool says heated on its website, but it was ice cold. North tower is newly renovated, but the price you pay is you have to walk far to get to the Disneyland shuttle. Would try someplace closer to Disneyland. Suite was nice although took a little getting used to is very business like decor, almost felt like I was an office.
Positives: Hotel was clean and suite worked well with kids to have their own area and privacy for adults.
Negatives: Too far from Disneyland, shuttle is free, but you'll walk along way to get on.

While we have stayed at the Hilton, Garden Grove before this was a new experience. The lobby is completed torn up, the noise from the jackhammers is deafening, the dust is unbelievable because the area is not "sheeted" off and it was disappointing. If you can, request rooms in the North Tower as they are brand new.
Positives: Close to name brand restaurant & free shuttle to Disneyland.
Negatives: Construction, dust, and noise.

The staff was great, the in/out room hotel dining was expensive. There was suppose to be a $15 per day parking but for some reason, when I checked out, they comped it (free parking). There is construction going on in the South Tower, signs say it is a $25 Mil project. I will stay here again.
Positives: Free Disney shuttle.
Negatives: There wasn't a continental breakfast.

My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. The customer service was excellent and everyone at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland arriving and departing every 1/2 hour. The shuttle was on time and fast. They also have a Starbucks on the premises which comes in handy because Disneyland does not serve it.
Positives: Great location, near many local attractions.
Negatives: Our air conditioner was on the fritz.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 02 Dec 2009 rated 8 out of 10.
Great deal for the price. Very nice, but needs some updating (e.g., TVs).
Positives: The buffet breakfast was great.
Negatives: TV was old and reception on rented movie was bad.

Highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Disneyland. Close enough to the beach cities to make it worth the short drive. Very friendly staff.
Positives: Free shuttle service to Disneyland.
Negatives: Parking was $19/night and high.

This was a great hotel for the money I bid. I was only unhappy for the parking charge. Maybe it should be included in the price of the hotel at bid time.
Positives: Beautiful hotel, very nice
Negatives: $15 charge per night to park

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was helpful, our room was clean and everything worked. I would not hesitate to use priceline to book another room there. They have a free shuttle to Disney which was on time and the drivers were friendly.
Positives: Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, good happy hour.
Negatives: Gift shop pricing was a little shady.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 01 Sep 2009 rated 6 out of 10.
I enjoyed my stay despite the fact that my room was outdated. The lobby was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were very convenient. The pool was nice, small and could be cleaner, but overall nice. Being that I had both my children with me, it was very kid friendly. I requested for a pack and play in my room and they made that happen free of charge. So, it was ok there.
Positives: I liked the staff, they were very friendly. The hotel was very clean as well.
Negatives: The rooms were out of date and looked nothing like how they looked online. Not enough courtesy shuttles.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 27 Aug 2009 rated 5 out of 10.
If you don't care about looks this hotel would be fine. It is outdated and the rooms are depressing. I would NEVER go there again.
Positives: Friendly staff. Good bed.
Negatives: It was supposed to be under renovation. The rooms were dark and in need of updating.
