The room I stayed in, the lock fell closed (ie the lock that is supposedly only close-able from the inside) and I was locked out. Fortunately the front desk was able to get it open.
Positives: Breakfast had a pretty good spread and plenty of dining space.
Negatives: The bathroom was tiny and outdated.

The staff was very friendly. Great price. Great location. Great room size. Was expecting to share a bed with sister, but there was a pull out bed in the couch, we were very happy!
Positives: Great rooms! Nice a spacious. Pull out couch bed, large TV, fridge and microwave!
Negatives: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The comfort suites fresno is a decent property. The interior is very clean and nice. The rooms do not look dated like some properties. The pool area is small and was crammed during the daytime. I checked in with the night clerk who seemed friendly and anxious to actually help me out. I could have used a lower rate than 106.20, I feel the hotel would be a great value at 85-90. The hotel had wired high speed internet which is essential, but wireless would have been an additional plus
